Good things here
Transportation connectivity was good, as schools and hospitals were available near the society. Construction quality was also Satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues in the building. CCTV cameras were installed in the premises.
Things need improvement
Having explored various aspects and analyzed the user's preferences, they found it challenging to identify numerous dislikes. However they noted that Membership for amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse in the society was not provided to tenants.

Connectivity acchi hai metro pass m hai aur auto cabs arram se mil jate hai,contruction quality bulding acchi hai seepage ki issue nhi hoti hai ,festivals m society m celebration hota hai

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good with wide roads and easy reachability to every route. Maintenance is fine with no and water supply water logging issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse do exist in the society.
Things need improvement
Security management is very poor, would like to rate it as 2. Guards and supervisors are not working properly. The maintenance of the amenities is also not good. Construction quality is poor with some seepage issues.

There was a gym available. All the neighbors were friendly, and we celebrated festivals together harmoniously.
Things need improvement
There was a problem with the plumber they wouldn't listen when complaints were made about plumbing issues. Once, both main doors got locked automatically, trapping me and my children inside. We had to call someone to unlock them because they wouldn't open. The responsibility for this should have been taken by the society, but they didn't. Also, my main door lock was the same as my neighbors, and their keys could open my door. When we complained, they said it wasn't their fault if the locks were the same. There were seepage problems in the kitchen, the walls were damp, and my husband had to spend his own money to fix it because the society didn't take responsibility. There was no swimming pool in the society and There was often an issue with mobile network connectivity in the society as well.

Transports near the area of society is quite good.people are very friendly.the amenities are everytime maintained.

Good things here
There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The society is kept clean and hygine is properly maintained. Lifts are functional and maintained properly. Power backup is available in the society. Club house is available.
Things need improvement
Maintainance of the society is average and not upto the mark. Parking spaces are still not alloted to the residents properly. There is a lot of parking realated chaos that happens in the society as cars are parked randomly anywhere. Sometimes power cuts happens in the society. The security system is not good in the society, anyone without permission can come in and out of the society. Bus stops are quite far from the society, If someone depends on public transport then that is an issue as public transports like auto, buses, cabs are not available easily outside the society. Metro is very far from the society. Park is available but there are only 5 to 6 swings available in the park but there are more than 300 childrens in the society, the park is very small for that. Pet Dogs makes the society very dirty. Stray dog issues are faced a lot, they come to bite. Amenities were promised by the builder but it is never made in this society. The construction quality is very bad, wall quality is not good at all. The society is not at all safe for kids as one child went missing from the society because of the security system being so poor. Robbery happens a lot in this society.

The connectivity to the society is very good as it is located on road and the market is also near by to the society ,Maintenance is also good as the society is kept very neat and clean and the people are also very good and supportive and come together for all the events that is organised in the society.

A nice balcony can add a lot to the living experience. Play area for kids AIs nice. Walking area around the atmosphere is very good.

Public transport facilities were readily available near the society, and there was also a market nearby. The build quality was excellent, with no issues of leakage in the society. The rooms were spacious and well-ventilated. The people there were friendly, and all events and festivals were celebrated collectively, which I also miss these days. Overall, my living experience in that society was fantastic. Cleanliness was well maintained, and the security system was also good.
Things need improvement
When I lived in that society about 2 to 2.5 years ago, construction work was ongoing for a few towers, resulting in the unavailability of amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and play area. Additionally, the construction activities contributed to increased pollution in the vicinity of the society, causing inconvenience to the residents.

Cabs and autos are easily available from the society. the society's location is good as roads as good and getting in and out of the society is easy. everything is available nearby like hospitals, restaurants, malls, and shopping complexes. there are proper water and power supply in the society. proper cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in society. there are a lot of open spaces in the society as in society bohot khulli dulli hai. there is a gym and a clubhouse in the soceity.
Things need improvement
Metro is far from society 5-6 km away. water leakage is a major issue in society besides that the construction quality of the building is good. as the society is not fully constructed there is a lot of dust and noice issues.

Some towers in the society are still under construction, and as a result, the builder has not yet provided amenities such as a cinema, clubhouse, or kids play area to the residents.

Uber was readily available.There has never been an issue with seepage or leakage. . Repainting is done regularly. There is a swimming pool in the society. There has never been an issue with water supply. The neighbors are very friendly, and we all come together whenever there is an event in the society.

Outside the society, there were no autos or buses.There was some traffic during peak hours on the road outside the society. there are minor cracks in my bedroom.

Connectivity theek hai, public transport mil jata hai, School hai society ke paas, Delivery apps like zomato, swiggy delivery karta hai. Neighbours acche hain society ke, friendly hain.

Society ke bahar ke roads kharab hain, saamne jo road hai society ke wo toota padha hai, jis wajah se waterlogging ka bhi issue hota hai. Parking sufficient nahi hai. Maintenance charges bohot zyada hain. Abhi tak koi swimming pool nahi bana hai, makaan khareedte waqt waada kara hai pool ka. Utna open space nahi hai jitna bola gaya tha. Rats ka issue jo bohot problem karte hain . Ground floor and top floor walo ko drainage problem hota hai. Time se painting kuch nahi hota hai society mein. Construction quality itni kharab hai ke deewar pe keel thoko toh deewar toot jayegi. Choriyan ho chuki hai society mein, kidnap cases bhi sunne mein aaye hain. Pets wale log dogs ko toilet karwa dete hain.

The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is poor in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Water supply issues are faced in the society, water is always not available. Water logging issues are faced inside or outside the society because of the road constructions. Drainage system is not good in the society.

When we lived there, the society was in the developing phase. Initially, we used to go to college by cab, but in the last year, autos became available. There was a mall at a short distance where everything was available, and recently, a market has opened nearby as well. The cleanliness was good because the society was well-maintained. There were CCTV cameras and lifts. Since the society was new, there were no issues with seepage or leakage. There was a gym, clubhouse, and they were well-maintained. The best part was the view from the 15th to 17th floors, and there was no fear of theft due to the presence of guards.
Things need improvement
The society lacked a swimming pool. Residents tended to be private, and there was a common issue with the WiFi, often shared by everyone. Despite this, the society was in a developing phase during our stay.

The construction quality is good. Amenities, including gyms, a clubhouse, indoor games, and parks, are present. The residents are cooperative and well-educated. The market area is conveniently located right in front of the society, with grocery stores nearby.

The swimming pool is currently under construction, and the parking area has not been constructed yet.

In close proximity to sanctioned BCCI cricket stadium. The home build up quality is very high and does not require maintenance for long term. Everything is available at a walking distance like there are green parks, gym, swimming pool, ATM, grocery shops and other facilities. The inside roads are well developed and lit during the night. Also, there are CCTV cameras installed everywhere. Thanks to the professional and advanced security personnel that you always feel safe and secured. Additionally the connectivity is much better as booked cabs reach here without any hassle and all the schools, colleges as well as bus stand are nearby.

It is a well-constructed project with peaceful and clean environment, nicely built homes and lots of greenery. Roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in few minutes only. The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants and other amenities are nearby almost all types of cabs like Ola, Uber reach this place on time but sometimes there is regular traffic problem which might pinch you. Nice project with all the amenities inside and good connectivity. The best thing is the fresh environment and well built homes with proper ventilation for sunlight and fresh air.

In vicinity to City Forest Project (green belt) of GDA. There is no traffic congestion there. Society has a pollution-free environment, fresh air and is well connected with plenty of transport options. Your daily needs are met; you don't even need to go outside of society.The best part is that these cabs are available at all times.Street lights are there at even the next step. If you work the evening shift, there is no need to be concerned because of the strict security both inside and outside the society.

All are perfect here, since there are few issues with amenities, home construction quality, or even road construction. It is worth the price that you pay for buying homes. There are parks, gym, grocery shops and other facilities readily available right here. There are no issue regarding cleanliness or maintenance of the roads, parks etc. The water and power supply is quite good and you hardly face any issues in this regard. There are no traffic jams even the green patch is very much. You get to have all the amenities are a walking distance. Safety is never an issue for those who are living alone or have kids and senior people at home.

Proposed metro station will be closely located which would further enhance the connectivity of this place. The homes are vastu frrindly and well ventilated and you also enjoy the pollution free environment as there is a city forest in the close vicinity. The overall quality of the homes and other structures is good. 24-hour electricity supply, water supply and maintenance is up to the mark. All the public transport options are readily available. Parks, jogging track, gym, etc. are there inside the premises. There is also a temple nearby which can be reached within few minutes.
