This community is truly stunning and surrounded by greenery, which adds to its beauty. The construction quality is top-notch, much better than many other communities of similar status. Being built by L&T, the design and appearance of the community are commendable, making it stand out.
Things need improvement
Each tower only has one guard, which might not be sufficient for security. It would be safer to appoint more guards throughout the society. Also, there's no speed limit for cars, and with kids playing around, it can be quite scary at times. Implementing a speed limit would make the area safer for everyone, especially children.

This gated community, owned by Prestige, is truly impressive. The clubhouse is well-maintained and offers all major amenities such as a pool, children's playground, badminton courts, indoor games, and even a mini theater. Additionally, the abundance of green spaces allows residents to enjoy fresh air and a peaceful environment.
Things need improvement
Finding public transport from here can be a bit challenging, but the nearest proposed metro station from Song of the South is Royal Meenakshi Metro. Additionally, while there's a supermarket planned inside the apartment premises, it's not yet opened. However, it's expected to open soon in the near future.

Good things here
The people in our society are all great. We've got a big ground where you can play any sport you like. Plus, there's an indoor area for activities like badminton, tennis, and table tennis, which is really convenient.
Things need improvement
One issue we face is the lack of water management, which means there's a limit on how much water we can use. Additionally, we don't have a swimming pool or a gym in the community.

One of the challenges we face is the lack of proper bus transport connectivity in the area. This makes it difficult for residents to rely on public transportation. Additionally, cab drivers often cancel bookings because they have to navigate around 2 kilometers inside the complex, which can be inconvenient for them.

Good things here
There are 16 towers here, and they've packed in some great stuff. There are parks, an amphitheater, a handy shop, places to play sports, and even party halls. The swimming pool is really cool, and there's a nice gym too. Plus, they've got parking underground, which is pretty convenient and safe for our cars.
Things need improvement
The only drawback I see in this society is the difficulty in getting in and out of the compound. Public transportation isn't very reliable, and the metro is still under construction, which makes commuting a bit of a hassle.

The malls aren't too far away, which is convenient for shopping. The electricity supply is reliable, and the roads are well-maintained, which makes commuting easier. Water availability is abundant, which is essential for daily life. Overall, it's a beautiful community to be a part of.

Water is accessible, but unfortunately, it's not clean or hygienic, which is concerning. Electrical repairs often take a while after power cuts, which can be inconvenient. The footpaths have been taken over by vendors, which makes walking difficult. Additionally, there's not enough parking space available, which can be frustrating.

This society is very near to the proposed Namma metro station which will boost the connectivity of the area and the 33 acres of the land in which the society is located is well planned with a large number of amenities provided to the residents which include a gym facility, club facility and the number of games and sports fields and all these are well maintained.,

Currently, the society lacks connectivity it is not well connected to the other parts of the city, and the roads are not well maintained and it hinders the driving experience. The shops in society need to bring variety as more shops should open like grocery shops and electronic shops. Auto and taxi fares are quite high from here.,

The community promotes inclusivity by celebrating various religious and social events. Lastly, all houses are well-ventilated and equipped with balconies, enhancing the overall living experience.

The maintenance is charged at 3.5 per square foot, the baby swimming pool lacks proper maintenance, which is a concern. Additionally, it's worth noting that pets are not allowed in the community, which may be disappointing for some residents who have furry companions.

It's a fantastic society where there's plenty of parking space and ample walking areas. We feel very comfortable and free to stroll around and even do some exercises. The environment is conducive to a healthy lifestyle, and the communication between the market and the building is excellent. Overall, it's a great place to be!

The maintenance quality is also subpar, often requiring residents to spend more money on repair work. There's a lack of hygiene in the surroundings, which needs improvement. They offer uninterrupted high-speed internet connection, which is available for a separate price. The water supply is also uninterrupted, and they've even installed a water recycling unit in the society, which is incredibly helpful for sustainability. We also have a small swimming pool within the society, which is a great amenity. Additionally, there are two well-maintained provision stores right inside the society for convenience. For those who enjoy leisurely strolls, there's a small walking lobby within the society. One of the highlights is the club, which is beautifully maintained and offers a great space for singing, dancing, and performances. It's wonderful to have such amenities right at our fingertips!

The parking lot isn't well-maintained, and it's a challenge to find parking space daily. Unfortunately, there's no designated green area within the society, so we often walk to the nearby public park instead. The swimming pool also lacks proper maintenance, and it seems to be primarily for children's use, with a signboard indicating so. However, despite these issues, overall the society is good. The main concern is the high maintenance charges, which seem excessive considering the maintenance issues we encounter.

The roads here are always well taken care of, and we've got a great, big area for the kids to play in. The lifts are kept really clean, which is nice. Plus, there's CCTV surveillance for added security, and the security team does a good job. Overall, the neighbors are friendly and make it a pleasant place to live.

There are no shops within the society. The lobby area could definitely use more regular cleaning to keep it tidy. Occasionally, the power backup for the lifts doesn't work, which is something that needs to be addressed. Also, it would be great if there was a swimming pool available for residents to enjoy.

This is by far the best society I've ever lived in. The surroundings are peaceful and pleasant. The society offers a range of amenities including parks, swimming pools, and a gym center, fulfilling all our needs. Moreover, strict restrictions on outsider entry ensure our safety and privacy. With 20-30 security guards always available, we feel secure and well-supported for any family requirements.

This society boasts numerous advantages, one notable drawback is the unavailability of vegetable hawkers. Residents are inconvenienced by the need to travel to the nearest market for essentials such as vegetables, fish, and meat.

In this society, there are vibrant celebrations for all festivals, and all residents come together to enjoy these occasions. The connectivity within the society is decent, with several schools, supermarkets, salons, and petrol stations located within a 1km radius. Residents enjoy various amenities for their comfort, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, children's play areas, parking facilities, and a supermarket within the society premises. An ample open space with greenery adds to the ambiance. Essential services such as garbage collection and water supply are efficiently managed, while elevators are regularly checked and well-maintained. Additionally, there is a good number of security staff to ensure resident's safety.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is extremely poor, evident from the ongoing leakage issues afflicting the ceilings of the top-floor flats. Both the association and property manager are not responding properly.

It is set in 33 pristine acres in the fast developing heart of South Bengaluru, just off Bannerghatta Road, Song of the South is located close to major schools, colleges, hospitals and shopping malls, ensuring that your daily life is convenient and hassle free. Not just that, the development is within immediate reach of major transport hubs including the proposed Namma Metro Station besides being eminently accessible from all parts of Bengaluru via expressways and arterial roads. I am glad that I chose this society to stay.

Prestige Song of the South is an excellent project. The project is better than most of the other society in South Bengaluru. It is in the heart of the city and thus connectivity is not a problem here and as far as security is concerned, the area itself is very safe. Also there is 2 security guards under every tower in the society. I love that it is fully equipped with all the recreational amenities such as library, Mini Theatre, Health Club, Tennis Court, Outdoor Party Area, Banquet Hall, Gym, 2 Badminton Courts, Snooker, Table Tennis, and more. I like it here.

The project Prestige Song of the South provides us with a lavish lifestyle. The project genuinely offers you the great blend of natural and a very metropolitan way of life. Each condo is an exemplification of value, tastefulness and class so you can partake in a great living experience in the comfortable environs of your haven. It provides the best construction quality, maintenance and facilities. I find it affordable for my family as we are looking for best but luxurious. Many types of shops available in this society, outside road is wide and well connected to metro. I love it, it's stunningly planned and altogether arranged.

I am a single women residing in this society. As I am a working women all I look for is how my needs can be taken care of without interrupting my work. This society literally provides me with everything I need and the security is fully gated. Facilities such as gym, healthcare, swimming pool, sports club etc. are available. The society is full of greenery and makes living here fresh and healthy. Also the metro connectivity is nearby.
