Lack of amenities can be inconvienent High maintainance charges can be concern.Facilities are available but have to go in between 1-2 kms from the society.

Ambiance in the society is very nice.A positive atmosphere can contribute a lot to a community. Construction quality is preety good. People are very positive minded in the society.

Poor lift maintainanace can be inconvienet and pose to the saftey concerns.Connectivity is very difficult during rain the cabs were not available in the society.

Things need improvement
Poor lift maintainance can be frustrationg and impact residents. Frequent repairs to the lift can be indeed be inconvienet. Railway station is very far from the society that is vey inconvienet.

The society faces challenges with road conditions, compounded by the absence of government buses. Transportation issues persist, impacting residents who encounter difficulties in commuting due to inadequate public transport options and road problems.

Good things here
This society is still in the developing stage, and there are a total of around 1500 flats available. The construction quality is excellent, and all the buildings are new and well-designed with proper ventilation and ample sunlight. The connectivity of the society is also good, as it is located just 400 meters away from the main road, and within 1km, there are several schools and basic amenities such as grocery stores and markets, making them easily accessible. Hospitals are approximately 4km away from the society. Maintenance is also good, with backups available in all common areas, 24/7 water supply, and good security measures in place.
Things need improvement
Society is still in the developing stage and the amenities construction is incomplete like the clubhouse construction going on and also there is no swimming pool inside the community.
