This society stands out due to its vast space and numerous exploration opportunities. Even after spending years here, residents continue to discover new areas within the society. With amenities like Runwal Greens, there's plenty to enjoy. The cricket ground is particularly impressive, offering ample space and reducing the risk of flats' windows being broken. Additionally, there's proper parking, unlike in other overcrowded societies. With spacious flats, open grounds, and positive vibes, this society truly feels like a dream home.
Things need improvement
Builders sometimes make mistakes, but perfection isn't always possible. Despite their efforts to provide a comprehensive package, there have been some issues along the way. For example, there's been some water logging in the parking area, which although not a major problem, hasn't been fully resolved. Additionally, the fittings used in the flats are of average quality and may need replacement soon. The city lifts, which are used for S level and not parking, are a bit slow as well.

Supermarkets are nearby locations. Transport facilities are available for transportation . The lifts are highly equipped and it's too fast ,

As there are 8 towers there is huge rush at security point . As The securities are making entry of each and every people visiting in the society , due to long queues people are silly wasting their time at security check point . There is also a huge queue for the lifts . Strangers entering in the society needs approval of the owners on my gate app .,

Railway station and bus stop is at walkable distance from the society.ALl the modern amenities are there in the society like swimmimg pool,club house,gym ,kids play area and eveything is fully functional in the society.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Society is safe and secure as there is good security system in the society.

Construction quality is poor as there are leakage issues in the society even owners has to fix it on there own.Tenats are being charged extra to use amenities in the society.

Our society has advanced CCTV cameras for safety, well-maintained gyms and clubs for recreation, and plenty of space for children to play with a large playground. There are shops within the society and two swimming pools for both children and adults. We have ample parking space, and outsiders like salesmen are not allowed. Plus, there's excellent power backup

Daily traffic jams are common in this area. There are a few temples nearby for Hindu worshippers. Currently, there's no metro connectivity nearby, and the airport is far from here

It is a well maintained society.a nicely kept community with friendly people. Getting a cab is easy, and there are plenty of shops and cafés around. The rooms here are small, like 1BHK apartments. There's a traffic jam with a lot of honking, especially bad during the rainy season, leading to many potholes. Electricity often goes out. There's no open ground, and no parking for visitors. Sometimes, the security can be rude to outsiders. So, there are quite a few issues in this neighborhood. People should focus on maintaining cleanliness.

The society lacks a road connecting to the highway. The metro station is far away, and there's no nearby party club. The maintenance charge is 3rs per square foot. There's no bus stop, ATM, or bank nearby, so cabs need to be booked for visits.

The construction quality of the buildings are good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced. The social is is amazing, People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

Good things here
One of the best things about Runwal Greens is its excellent connectivity. It's linked to LBS Marg and just a 5-minute drive from Nahur railway station. Plus, Bhandup railway station is only 10 minutes away
Things need improvement
Since major roads are nearby, you'll hear vehicle noises throughout the day, especially if you're on the fifth floor or below. Additionally, being close to Fortis Hospital means you'll often hear ambulance sirens

Everything is great in this society. It's connected to the main highway, and there's a nearby DMart for shopping convenience. Fortis Hospital is also close by. The atmosphere in the area is very pleasant

Runwal Green is one of Runwal's top projects in Mulund West. It's in a prime location, just 1 km from Mulund Railway Station and 700m from Nahur Railway Station. Within 1 km of Runwal Green, you'll find everything from a DMart and PVR to McDonald's, Domino's Pizza, hotels, salons, and banks. Everything you need is nearby, making it special. There's also an upcoming metro station within 1 km. The project itself has all facilities like a gym, studio, parking, hall, and shopping center. It's truly the best project in Mulund West
