Additionally, there's a gym available, and the society is pet-friendly. Conveniently located shops are situated inside and near the society. With reliable power backup facilities and no seepage issues, it's a comfortable and well-equipped living environment.
Things need improvement
Although there's no swimming pool and parking space is somewhat limited, the maintenance charges are slightly higher. Public transport options are not readily available, and traffic jams can occur during peak times. Additionally, the station is a bit far from the society.

Despite being green, clean, and friendly, one major issue is the condition of the road outside the society, known as the back road in Jankalyan Nagar, Malad West. The road is notoriously bad, to the extent that driving on a steep mountain would be preferable. Unfortunately, it seems that the BMC has not taken any action to address this issue.

It's unfortunate that the management committee of our society is perceived as irresponsible and rude. Delays in every task can be frustrating for residents. Additionally, the lack of adequate parks for children to play is a concern, with only one park available and not well-maintained. Moreover, the absence of nearby shops for daily necessities adds to the inconvenience for residents.

Living in Marina Enclave has been an amazing experience for me over the past year. The best part is the breathtaking balcony view and the abundance of amenities available here. With shops conveniently located nearby, everything is within easy reach. Additionally, the friendly atmosphere created by the people here adds to the overall charm of the place.
Things need improvement
My only concern about this building is the high maintenance costs, and occasionally, there's a lot of traffic congestion near the building. Apart from these issues, everything else is amazing.

The society is well-maintained, and I particularly appreciate the rule of separating dry and wet waste. The pool and walking area with refreshing air circulation are truly awesome, providing a delightful experience for residents.

One drawback is the restriction on shifting after 7 pm. Additionally, there's a small bridge that can feel unsafe to walk through, especially at night due to darkness and the presence of people drinking or smoking nearby for no apparent reason. However, despite these concerns, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Residents were very friendly and cooperative; celebration of all festivals and all modern amenities are the plus point of the society. no leakage or seepage issue in the building.
Things need improvement
People used to find it difficult to get any local transport near to the society. there are more than 100+ street does near to the society which makes living difficult of the residents, dogs can harm old age people or Childrens.

Connectivity is really good like there is schools ,hospitals near by the society even though railway station bus stand,auto stand is at walkable distance from the society.All the modern amenities were there in the society and eveything was fully functional in the society.Society has good security system and cleaniness was top notch in the society.All the festivals were celebrated in the society and this society has mostly family residents and bachlores are not there in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities were not there in the society but there is no issues regarding power cuts in the society.There is no allocated parking area for visitors.

It's equipped with solar panels and generators for backup power, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply. The terrace provides a panoramic view of the beach, with nearby trees offering plenty of oxygen. Residents enjoy friendly neighbors, and security is enhanced with CCTV installation. Proper lighting and ventilation are ensured in all rooms. Additionally, the society celebrates almost all festivals, including eco-friendly Ganpati, and features a clubhouse with a gym and various facilities.
Things need improvement
Some negatives of the society include the presence of mosquitoes due to the nearby lake, heavy traffic nearby, lack of parking for outsiders, absence of vegetable vendors within the society, limited playground space, scarcity of nearby shops, and occasional odors from the nearby lake. However, being a new society, there isn't much negativity overall. Despite these drawbacks, it's still a very nice complex in Malad.

As darkness falls, it's advisable to avoid roaming around due to inadequate lighting on the roads, with many streetlights being dim or non-functional. Furthermore, the playgrounds are public, which may lead to overcrowding and limited access for residents.

I'm delighted to have found this society as my residence. Here, I enjoy excellent garden facilities and all the amenities I need. With security guards and CCTV cameras in every building, safety is top-notch. The environment exudes positivity, making it a wonderful place to live.

The only drawback is that this society is located on the main road, so there is some disturbance from vehicle noise due to heavy traffic. However, apart from that, everything else about this society is excellent. Additionally, residents are required to adhere to society rules.

The society is very good in all terms, I love the fact that society is perfect for kids as well, as parks ans gardens are properly maintained and the society is very spacious. The connectivity of the society is very convinient in all point of views, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is good. CCTV is avilable and works properly all over the society. Lifts are also maintained properly. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Garbage collection is done on time on regular basis. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. People are overall good and friendly. Mobile network issues are not faced. There are no such water logging issues faced around the society.
Things need improvement
Sometimes Stray dog issues are faced in the society, which has become a major concern nowadays as our kids are not safe. The charges that is taken for using the amenities are costly. There are walking tracks made in the society but it is very small.

There is ample parking space, so there are no issues. The residents are cooperative, and the society is clean. All festivals are celebrated. There are no issues of leakage or seepage in our flat. Ventilation is excellent. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. Garbage collection occurs daily. Water is available 24/7, and the lifts are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is a significant issue as buses and autos are not readily available. Even if an auto is found, it's often not willing to go. Stray dogs are a significant problem in the society, with at least 50 dogs roaming around, and there have been several incidents of dog bites.

The quality of the construction and the interior is of the top most perfection. I visited the place around last week and i can gurantee everyone this place will be a heaven to live in. The amenities that they have promised us is all there guys and are of the best possible quality. i am so excited to move in soon.
