Good things here
Local transport like auto,cabs are easily available.high security to the resident, all the areas are cctv covered and security gaurds are there on each entrance.Society is neat,clean and hygenic.Crowd the people is good and friendly.24/7 electricity supply is there in the society.Build quality is top notch
Things need improvement
Railway station,bus stand is not at walkable distance from the society.There are no amenities present in the society only one small park is there and even though there is no enough parking space in the society.Sometimes there are water supply issues as well in the society.

The Raj Florenza project offers aesthetically appealing designs and layouts along with superb construction quality as well. The overall feeling is great at this project and the neighborhood is also welcoming enough.

The position of the tower allows all the units to get ample fresh air and sunlight. Mine has wide windows and ventilated all the time. Facilities here are all good.

Raj Florenza offers facilities such as Lift. It also has amenity like Swimming pool. It also offers services like Garbage disposal. Connectivity is good here and road condition is also good and there is security guard here and safety is also good here. Safety is good here and there are street lights here, there is not much problem here and public transport is also very good here. There are shopping malls, shops, grocery stores, parks, gym and other facilities that make this place desirable to live. Security guards do their duties perfectly with the help of CCTV cameras.

Raj Florenza price ranges from 65.25 Lacs to 98.80 Lacs. The well connected society means that you can quickly reach your office or market as everything is nearby. The road condition is good with street light and may installed CCTV cameras. Even the railway station is very near to this place. All the major schools, colleges and other facilities like park, shops, malls, gym, grocery stores are reachable in a few minutes time.
