Good things here

It's a nice society with good maintenance and a friendly neighborhood. The amenities are good, and there's excellent connectivity to other parts of the city. Overall, it's in a good location.

Things need improvement

Cleanliness is somewhat compromised, and safety is a concern due to guards being somewhat irresponsible. Additionally, decision-making by members is poor.

Good things here

It's a fantastic society! The lift is accessible 24/7, and there's a playground where we can play games like football and cricket, as well as cycle around. Overall, it's a really nice society.

Everything in the society is going well, but one thing that's missing is a pool. If there were a pool, it would be perfect.

Good things here

The connectivity here is excellent, and I love staying in this area. The flats are very spacious, and the neighborhood is also good. You can easily find autos and transportation within a 2-second walk, which is very convenient.

Near Lodha The Park, there are numerous schools within close proximity. Additionally, there are three parks within walking distance. Shopping centers such as Phoenix Palladium, Heera Panna Shopping Centre, Grand Galleria, and Manish Commercial Complex are nearby. There are also various dining options nearby, including Townhall Restaurant, Kalpana Restaurant and Bar, Sea Lord, Sea Corner, and more. In Lodha Park itself, there is a swimming pool available for everyone. The roads near Lodha Park are well-maintained, and the society itself offers excellent maintenance services. Additionally, there is excellent power backup available in Lodha Park.

Near Lodha Park, there are not many playgrounds available. While there are hospitals nearby, they may not be the best ones. Additionally, there are not many shops in the vicinity of Lodha Park. Located in the heart of Mumbai, Lodha The Park offers excellent residential options. The amenities are top-notch, and the apartments are luxurious and spacious, providing breathtaking views. In terms of dining options, my locality offers a variety of food and drink establishments, including popular brands like McDonald's, KFC, Domino's, and Pizza Hut. Food delivery services such as Swiggy, Zomato, and Dunzo are also readily available. I am highly impressed by the quality of construction and attention to detail at Lodha The Park. The apartments are stunning, and the common areas are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Private cab services like Ola and Uber are easily accessible in my area, and there are good schools nearby for children. Living at Lodha The Park feels like residing in a five-star hotel. The amenities are outstanding, and the service is exceptional. Additionally, the location offers convenient access to all necessities.

Some promised amenities are still unavailable, disappointing considering the expenses. While spacious, the interiors are subpar, and maintenance charges are excessive. Construction quality falls short, with various issues in plumbing, electrical work, and other areas. Maintenance staff are slow to address issues, and repairs may not always be satisfactory.

The security system is top-notch, with every house equipped with a door video camera and strict regulations for service staff entry, ensuring maximum safety. Residents have access to a mobile app for controlling visitors, making complaints, and requesting assistance. The diverse community, spanning all ages and backgrounds, makes it a great place to meet people and build connections. There are plenty of cultural activities available, from sports for youngsters to housie nights for older residents, along with exhibitions, displays, and an in-house movie theatre. The society offers various sports activities, excellent maintenance, ample open space, and is very pet-friendly. Additionally, it boasts the world's fastest residential lift. Finding cabs is easy, and all drivers are familiar with the building. Furthermore, there is a train station within a 10-minute walking distance, making it easily accessible.

The well-maintained and spacious parks add to its charm, creating a lush green environment with greenery spread everywhere. Additionally, all the interiors of the flats in the building are designed by the renowned Italian fashion designer, Giorgio Armani. Residents also have the option to customize the interior of their flats according to their preferences.

Unfortunately, the construction quality of the building is very poor, and the maintenance costs are high. In case of wanting to cancel the booking of a flat, refunds are not easily provided, and the customer care service of Lodha Group is subpar. Additionally, maintenance services are also lacking in quality.

However, due to the available facilities, maintenance charges are high and tend to increase over time. Some residents have complained about construction quality issues and leakage problems during heavy monsoons. Additionally, the street lights on the roads just outside the society complex frequently malfunction.

The project intends to create a blend of an urban and active lifestyle,but I would say it could not meet the expectations. A rich subject nursery and another topic-based park with drinking fountains are also planned for the entire complex but proper execution I have not fount yet. The only advantage of staying here is that area 168 is located on the main thoroughfares. It's also a pleasant drive, with High Street Phoenix Mall only 11 minutes away, BMC Hospital only 8 minutes away on foot, and Holy Cross School only 6 minutes away. I have nothing more can say about this place. I hope in future it turns to a stunning place. My experience is not even satisfactory. Choose to live after personal visit. Do not go with the photos.

The MCG (Melbourne Cricket Ground) is one of the sites in Lodha Park. The Park is a tapestry of experiences, pulsating with vibrant life and activity, so rich that it would take a lifetime to explore them all. It is spacious and comfortable to stay in. I love the place, specifically the environment is great.

The Lodha Park is a private venture that follows Vastu principles. This private venture's character is ideal for any private jobs in that sector. Nearby areas are superior, such as High Street Phoenix Mall, which is only 11 minutes away by car, BMC Hospital, which is only 8 minutes away on foot, and Holy Cross School, which is only 6 minutes away. The society is situated in a serene environment. The society is secure, with CCTV cameras and watchmen stationed in each tower. It's a guarded neighbourhood.

The Lodha Park is a Mumbai-based theme park. A luxurious theme garden and other nicely themed manicured parks with water fountains are also included in the property. Aside from all of this, I like that the Lodha Park is also an environmentally friendly business. Other standard offices accessible here include a rainwater collection system and in-house viable. A working three-level security system with CCTV will provide a safe stay here 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Various accommodations for a jogging track, badminton court, squash court, and other recreational activities have been established to meet the needs of the people.
