Good things here
Auto and cab services right at our doorstep. Public transport options make commuting a joy, especially with schools and colleges nearby. The quality of construction is top-notch - no water blockage or termite issues to worry about. Plus, having a community hall is a great addition for social gatherings. And with Symbiosis College so close by, it's an ideal location for education too.
Things need improvement
It's frustrating when the garbage isn't picked up on time, leading to an untidy environment in our society. Unfortunately, cleanliness is not maintained regularly, which affects our overall living experience. Moreover, dealing with water scarcity and irregular water supply adds to the daily challenges. It's disappointing that amenities like a gym or a playground for kids to play are not available, which limits our recreational options within the society.

Good things here
The neighbors are nice, friendly, and humble. Security is a top priority with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards available. Garbage is collected regularly, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby, making daily life convenient. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are followed to maintain order. Elevators are installed and well-maintained. There is no issues of seepage or termites. The apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings. Gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Although inside society everything is decentThe connectivity is poor, and public transport is not easily available. However, complaints are addressed properly, which is reassuring.

Good things here
The connectivity here is truly excellent, with public transport options just a short walk away, making commuting a breeze. The maintenance team does a fantastic job keeping the society clean and well-kept at all times, ensuring a pleasant living environment. I�ve had no issues with seepage or leakage in the flats, which speaks volumes about the quality of the construction. Additionally, the neighbors are not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, creating a welcoming community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the new building lacks essential amenities, which is disappointing. Additionally, there seems to be no celebration of festivals, which makes the community feel less vibrant. I hope these aspects can be improved.

Good things here
There were no issues with leakage or seepage in the flat. The society featured a play area and a garden for residents. The residents were respectful and celebrated festivals together. Water was available 24/7, and cleanliness was consistently maintained. Additionally, the lifts were well-maintained to ensure smooth operation.
Things need improvement
The society lacked modern amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, play area, or garden.

Good things here
The location of the society was very good, with everything accessible like markets, autos, and buses. The flats were quite spacious, and since the construction was new, there were no issues related to construction. The landlords were very cooperative. There was also RO water available for drinking, and the society had a garden.
Things need improvement
There was a lot of ongoing construction in the surrounding area, leading to significant air pollution issues. The roads in front of the society were unpaved. There were no modern amenities available, and the security measures were not satisfactory.

The building was newly constructed so construction quality, water leakage ya seepage related kabhi koi issue nahi tha, the choice of colors used in the painting of the society was good. every thing was available nearby like schools anr market places. connectivity was never a concern as public transport was easiliy available.
Things need improvement
Gym, swimming pool these amenities were missing from the society.

I liked the fact that the society was newly constructed and that too bohot achchhi bani hui thi, never faced an issue with the construction quality or water seepage in specific through out my stay in the society.

Public transport uber bus and metro vgera sab mil jata tha par thoda door se uber building ke niche tak ni aati thi or society ka gate was very far, and if we talk about bus stop and metro station toh voh toh society se like 700M door the. a swimming pool was missing from the society.
