Good things here
Staying in Anant Raj Maceo has been a great experience. The greenery of the society is on another level, the overall feel of the society is brilliant. The staff is friendly and there are lots of activities for children like table tennis and skating. I really like staying here.,
Things need improvement
Metro connectivity is not available currently. The cement and plaster quality is a bit poor. As of now there is no swimming pool.,

Good things here
Living here is pretty nice. Public transport is easy to find, which is convenient for getting around. The management takes care of things well, and being close to Manesar is a plus.

The club facilities are not yet available, and the location is quite far from Delhi. Additionally, the main road connection is not open because the road is still under construction.

The society has spacious outdoor areas and a large pool with fountain features that are illuminated at night. The apartments are not tall buildings and have large balconies.

The society is still under construction, many aspects remain unfinished and incomplete. This includes the club amenities, which are not yet available for use. Additionally, the presence of a 24-meter service road dividing the project poses a challenge to residents. As construction progresses and amenities are completed, residents can look forward to a more comprehensive and functional living environment within the society.

Referring to the apartment, there is a significant amount of dirt in the surrounding areas, such as the streets in Khat, Kalyan. The cleanliness and living conditions are impacted by this issue.

The management and facilities are excellent, and the fellow residents are well-behaved and educated. The surroundings offer a great view. Everyone is supportive and friendly. The parking areas are kept clean, and the management efficiently handles and resolves both minor and major issues promptly. Being a part of the Tata family is a source of pride.

The ongoing construction work brings dirt and dust into the rooms. Maintenance costs are higher than expected. Local people sometimes create chaos, and the proximity to the highway means members are disturbed by traffic noise and horns. During the rainy season, first floor parking gets flooded due to its low level. Additionally, some towers experience wall leakage issues during rainy periods.

Being near the highway, the constant noise from vehicles can be quite disturbing. The maintenance and parking costs are reported to be high, adding to the financial considerations. The overall cost of the flat is also noted as being on the higher side, making it challenging for middle-income families to afford. Ongoing construction in the vicinity contributes to additional noise disturbances. Additionally, the proximity to the highway leads to increased pollution from vehicle emissions, affecting the overall environmental quality.

This place is well-connected, situated at the Bhiwandi-Kalyan bypass, with plans for a nearby metro station. Security is excellent, with strategically placed cameras. For recreational activities, there's a playground for kids and a jogging track on the 14th floor. The flats are well-lit with excellent ventilation, providing ample space. Conveniently, all necessary shops for daily needs are nearby. The community offers additional amenities like a clubhouse, a turf for cricket, and space for events.
Things need improvement
Living near the bypass has the downside of experiencing heavy traffic noise, contributing to a noisy environment. Additionally, the area is affected by heavy pollution. Maintenance costs are high, adding a considerable financial burden. The lifts are a bit slow, and improvements in their efficiency could enhance resident experience.

Tata Mantra is a large and well-equipped community with plenty of facilities. It offers ample green spaces with parks and courts. The security measures in the society are also excellent.

During the rainy season, the parking area can fill up with water, making it challenging to find space for cars. Additionally, there are occasional water supply issues, as the water is provided for a limited time.

Society is clean and maintains a hygienic environment. The construction quality of the building is very good. the society's gym is very nice and we do have other amenities as well. just because of the club area of the society its a great living here.

Quality of water is bad in the washroom area. the power backup of the society is very costly.

I bought a flat in Anant Raj Maceo around two years back and residing there since then. This is one of the better societies in this part of the town. Excellent project and apartments' layouts. Lot of air and sunlight in all rooms. Lot of green areas and excellent landscaping. Good shopping malls, hospitals, schools in the vicinity. The overall ambience is very soothing. People are really good and the whole society lives like a big family. If you love staying in peaceful sorroundings and calm & serene environment, this is the place for you.

Maceo provides a luxurious lifestyle with spacious rooms. I booked a flat and I am glad with my investment. The rooms have good cross-ventilation and natural light. The build quality of the project is excellent. The surrounding provides a beautiful landscape with basic amenities. I am highly satisfied with the location. It connects with the main city of the Gurgaon. The water supply, power backup and availability of service is quite impressive. If one has a decent budget, one can easily go for Anant Raj Maceo.

Anant Raj Maceo is a kind of useless project. The cost is too much and the sales team is worst. They don't provide any details rather misguides the residents. The quality of the project is really bad. The major concern is that the flats are not situated anywhere near the railway station or roadways. Transportation becomes very difficult and it is time-consuming. Modern amenities are also not constructed well enough and the place is not at all peaceful. I would like to recommend all the residents to check before buying any flat here.

Anant Raj Maceo is still an ongoing project in Gurgaon. the amenities provided are a Garden, Club House, Library, Community Hall, Swimming Pool, gym, security and lot many. the flats are semi-furnished and many of the towers are still under construction. the construction is on hold right now. The location is perfect with great connectivity and stunning luxury apartments. Maceo is definitely one of the most exciting residential projects in the Gurgaon region right now that is providing budget-friendly apartments. I really like it here. The place the people everything is amazing.
