Despite being a bustling locality, traffic jams are common due to insufficient parking space, with many vehicles parked on roads obstructing traffic flow. Additionally, there is a lack of street lighting in both roads and parks, posing safety concerns. Furthermore, public transport availability decreases significantly after evening hours, causing inconvenience to residents.

As a tenant, my experience here was positive. The amenities, parking, and security are all satisfactory, with essential stores conveniently located nearby for medical needs, dining options, and banking services, including Domino's and ATMs. While it's more than 2 km from the station, overall, it's a pleasant society in Badlapur. I recommend visiting Aryan One for anyone considering property in the area.

Security measures include guards and CCTV surveillance in each building, as well as integrated mobile app access at the main gate. Residents enjoy access to a clubhouse with gym and swimming pool, along with other amenities and playgrounds. Generator power backup ensures uninterrupted living, while ample parking space adds to the convenience. Photos are available for viewing, or interested individuals can visit the community in person to make informed decisions.
The monthly maintenance fees are high, which may be a concern for residents. Additionally, the frequency of rickshaws is low, impacting transportation options. There is only one medical shop located outside the society, which may be inconvenient for some residents. Furthermore, electricity outages occur once a week, typically on Fridays, albeit for a few minutes.

It seems like the only society in Bengaluru with stunning views both inside and outside, along with vast acres of greenery, making it a clean and pleasant place to live. However, the monthly maintenance fees might be a drawback to consider.
The rent is quite high, and there are numerous issues with the project, along with a blatant disregard for their own agreements. The attitude of the staff is very poor, displaying arrogance, and they don't even allow you to see what you're buying.

It's amazing! Our society offers a football ground, basketball court, cricket net practice area, tennis court, snooker club, yoga and dance classes, swimming pool, playhouse, and lush greenery throughout. The security is top-notch, and the management is exceptional. There's ample parking space, including guest parking, and even an amphitheater for community events. Plus, we have a weekly bazaar for added convenience.
It's inconvenient when the lifts stop working intermittently, and the traffic near the main gate can be bothersome.
