Good things here
I left the society a few years ago. During my stay, autos and cabs were readily available, making transportation convenient. The maintenance was commendable, particularly since it was a new society at the time, ensuring everything was in good condition. The presence of CCTV cameras and lifts added to the security and accessibility. Fortunately, there were no issues related to seepage or leakage. The neighbors were not only good but also friendly.
Things need improvement
During my time in the society, the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were under construction as the society was relatively new.

The society is well-maintained and clean, with shops available around the clock. There's a consistent water supply and power backup, ensuring convenience and comfort for all residents.

He security staff aren't cooperative with the members, which could lead to concerns about safety. Secondly, there's a parking problem, which can be inconvenient for residents. Additionally, the maintenance fees are quite high, adding to the financial burden. Lastly, some residents may not be educated about proper parking etiquette, leading to further parking issues. These are important concerns that should be addressed for a better living experience in the society.

Good things here
My building boasts 25 floors and is equipped with all the necessary facilities. From a stunning view outside the balcony to a swimming pool accessible to everyone, we have it all. Additionally, there's a game club, party hall, marriage hall, and many more amenities available for residents to enjoy

Good things here
While the facilities in our society are satisfactory, I believe there's room for improvement in two areas. Firstly, increasing the number of security personnel would enhance safety measures. Secondly, I suggest improving the lighting outside the society premises at night for better visibility and security

Good things here
The society has a friendly environment, with convenient food shops offering free home delivery without a minimum order. There's a gym within the society, and security is reliable. A noteworthy aspect is the society's proactive communication, providing advance notice about power cuts, lift maintenance, or any other work through messages. They celebrate various festivals like Drug Pooja, Narrator, and 15 August, fostering a sense of community. Overall, it feels like a family, and I am very pleased with their services.
Things need improvement
The society lacks a swimming pool, and parking facilities are limited. Finding parking can be challenging, especially if you return late from the office. There is an issue with the transport community, and there is no pharmacy shop present in the society.

Old fashioned society with no amenities. RWA is useless. Frequent light problem. Water supply is so dirty that your bathroom needs to be cleaned on regular basis.,

The location is good, The society is a great place to live due to its pleasant environment and greenery. The members are supportive, contributing to a clean and welcoming community.

This society is old-fashioned and lacks amenities. The location is good, but the society is old. It's available community. However, the management is lacking, with no response to issues. There's a Jio network problem, and there are no internet broadband options except for DEL SEL. Unfortunately, DEL SEL doesn't respond to complaints. The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) is not effective. There are frequent power issues, and the water supply is so dirty that you need to clean your bathroom regularly.

The environment and greenery in this society make it a good place to live. The members are very helpful, and it's a clean society. Shops are available round the clock, and there's a consistent water supply with power backup.

The security staff is not cooperative with society members, leading to parking problems. The maintenance costs are high, and some individuals are not educated about proper parking etiquette, causing issues.

The society has plenty of open spaces for fresh air, well-kept gardens, and hosts regular events. There's a well-maintained gym and playground. The metro station is within walking distance, and the society enjoys uninterrupted 24/7 electricity and water supply. The roads are well-maintained, broad, and easily accessible, with ample space and convenient public transport options.
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, there's an issue with waterlogging due to improper water and sewage management. The only somewhat concerning aspect is the construction quality, but overall, everything else seems fine.

Everything is good for living here. The people are friendly, and the place is suitable for a comfortable lifestyle. The furniture and overall material quality are also good.

Going outside late at night may not be advisable. Some society members are good for conversation, but not everyone is overly friendly.

This society is ideal for families, located in the prime sector 102. It offers convenient access to markets and shops within the premises. Moreover, the RWA and staff members are exceptionally kind and helpful.
Things need improvement
The only drawback I've encountered is the limited parking space, which only accommodates bikes

Good things here
Although I was a former resident of the society, i left it 3 years back. The likes of the society includes the Construction quality of the society - The materials used were of good quality and the evidence fo the same comes in the form that we never faced problems like seepage, leakage, water logging in the society., Also the Building was claimed to be earthproof. Another good part is about the quality of the people in the society. All of us used to celebrate the festivals together irrrespective of the fact that which festival it is. It showed unity and a sesnse a belongingness among the people of the society. Maintenance of the society should be appreciated - The Managemnet always listened to our complaints and worked on them to improve them. Societ was neat and clean as well.
Things need improvement
The problem/ dislikes in the society was mainly related to the connectivity : one was that there was no sort of public transport like autos or buses or even rickshaws. We always have to book for an ola or uber if we have to travel somewhere. Another part is related to not well maintained roads of the society. Amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, clubhouses were not present in the society. There was oly one park and that too was commercial. All these things needs to be improved in order to be a good society.

The environment seems friendly and accommodating. Having food shops with free home delivery and a gym right in the society is super convenient, and the proactive communication from the management about any issues or maintenance work shows they care about your comfort and safety. Plus, celebrating festivals together as a family adds to the sense of belonging and community spirit. It's great to hear that you're happy with the services provided by the society

There is no swimming pool. Parking facilities is not so much. If you are late from office you will search for parking. There is issue with transport community. No pharmacy shop present in the society.,

Moreover, the society management keeps residents informed about any upcoming activities or inconveniences, such as power cuts or lift maintenance, well in advance.

There's no pharmacy shop within the campus, making it inconvenient for residents. Additionally, the lack of parking space is problematic. During heavy rain, the water tanks seem to fill with dirty water, posing a health concern. Furthermore, there have been instances of stinky water coming through the washroom taps, which is quite unpleasant.

He security here is stringent, with entry restricted to those with a valid car sticker. We utilize the MyGate app for efficient management of visitor access. However, it's worth noting that there are no clubhouse, gym, or pool facilities available

There's no power backup and limited parking facilities here. Additionally, transportation options are scarce, making commuting a bit of a challenge

The project is constructed with best quality material and the location of the residential complex is quite good. I had booked a flat and happy enough to find that my decision is right. The rooms are spacious with specifications like a balcony, ultra-modern kitchen, and bathrooms. The flat will be delivered in unfurnished condition. The schools, colleges, hospitals, and marketplace are connected with the project too. I have visited the property and I am very happy with the experience.

The project offers a perfect combination of modern architecture to provide peaceful living. Facilities like gym, swimming pool, community hall, library make it more interesting. The connectivity is good butanasd you can easily catch a cab or bus from near to the residential complex.
