Nakshatra is a well-designed project in Mumbai's Chembur neighborhood. This is an excellent project especially for the families as there are many schools and colleges nearby. Furthermore, there are parks, a gym, jogging tracks, and open areas for kids to play and remain healthy. Video surveillance cameras and security guards ensure that you and your family always remain safe, even at night. It is a perfect project for living life peacefully because everything is available right inside the premises.

The neighborhood is well connected to the rest of the city. Roads are in good condition and it is safe for everyone as 2 security guards take care of the security. However, the construction is not so good and requires regular maintenance along with proper cleanliness. Otherwise, connectivity is good and you can reach the railway station in just a few minutes or book a cab easily without facing any problems.

Yashwant Nagar, Siddharth Colony, BPCL, Tata Colony, and Rahul Nagar are some of the most well-known colonies in the area. Markets, shops, stores, colleges, and schools are accessible within a few minutes' walk. Chembur is a mixed-use residential and commercial neighborhood in East Mumbai. Connectivity is simply good as all public transport is easily available even the nearest railway station is hardly a few minutes away. Green parks and plants make the environment clean and pollution-free. However, there is a traffic jam on the outside road. The construction quality is very good! There is a water shortage or power problem which makes life more comfortable.

Metro Nakshatra is made up of three towers. The project encompasses a total of 0.17 acres of land. Ample covered parking space for residents and visitors. The best part is the construction quality of the flats that is impeccable. Security is another advantage that makes you feel safer here especially for kids and girls. There n several shops and stores nearby. Furthermore, many good restaurants, halls, malls, and shopping complexes are also there.

The hotel is adjacent to Mumbai's most well-known suburbs. There are grocery shops, a gym, and ATMs just inside the complex. The public transport including bus stands, taxi stands are nearby. A good security system is always there are CCTV cameras all over the area supported by the security guards. There is also police patrolling which is done multiple times the day and night.

The outstanding Nakshatra project has yet to receive its start certificate. The project's occupancy certificate was not issued. The well-built parks, gym open areas are of high quality. The nearby markets can be reached comfortably without any problem. The high levels of safety are other advantages of this project. There are so many facilities that you get at such a reasonable price. Overall, it is a nice project with all amenities including ample parking space.

There are plenty of transport options like metro, bus, auto, and cabs. The Apartments are from 45.8 and 157.0 square meters in size. The market is nearby where you can buy anything. The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants, and other amenities are nearby almost all types of cabs like Ola, Uber reach this place on time as there is no connectivity issue or traffic problem. It is ok to roam around inside the premises as night safety is good.
