Good things here
Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society, connectivity of the society is very good nearby the society local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained, no such maintainance issues are seen. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The people of the socieety is very good, they are friendly, educated and cooperative with esch other.
Things need improvement
As such amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids, park are not available in the society.

Good things here
We have easy access to buses, taxis, and the metro. There are markets nearby on the main road. Traffic isn't a problem, and there's no waterlogging here. Plus, every room has a balcony!
Things need improvement
Society ke bahar ek bada slum area tha vaha pr hamesha raat me 10 - 11 baje k baad zhagada hota raheta tha. bohot noise hota tha. society ke gate ke bahar hi auto drivers auto park karte the our kabhi kabhi auto me baith kr alcohal (daru) bhi pite the. location society ka accha nhi tha road ke starting me hi ek tabela tha our shops bhi the bohot sare. koi bhi modern amenities nhi thi society me.

Good things here
Overall my living experience in that society was great,it has good connectivity with local transport and public transport facilities.Society was very well maintained and neat,clean and hygenic environment in the society.Build quality was excellent not any kind of defects.
Things need improvement
There no as such amenities in the society builder has delivered only semi amenities in this society,there is no swimming pool and big garden area in the society.

Good things here
The metro station is not operational yet, but it is under construction. When it becomes operational, it will be within a 7-8 minute walking distance. Autos and buses are available near the society. The roads outside the society are in good condition. The society is clean, and water is available 24/7. The people are nice. Pets are allowed in the society; just a few formalities need to be completed. Sufficient parking is available for residents. Flats have balconies. Security apps are used for security
Things need improvement
No modern amenities are available in the society yet. The structure for the gym has been built, and tracks are being constructed for walking. There is no swimming pool. There is no parking available for visitors; they have to park outside, and that too is limited. There is heavy traffic on the main road.

Good things here
The residents are very nice, and everyone lives together harmoniously. All festivals are celebrated within the society. Water is available 24/7, and the society is very clean. Whenever there's an issue with leakage, the society promptly sends a plumber to fix it. Problems are resolved quickly, and the maintenance charges are justified.
Things need improvement
The roads outside the society are very narrow. If two or three cars come together, we have to wait for 5-10 minutes. We have to go to the main road for autos and buses. There are no modern amenities in the society.

Good things here
Neighbors of the society are very friendly and we also celebrate events together. Maintenance is just outstanding, lifts, cctv, water supply is nicely taken care by the Committee Members. Society is beautifully constructed with the great ambience, connectivity and location of the society is nice, public transports are available, overall society is amazing with all the facilities greatly provided to us.
Things need improvement
There is no Clubhouse and Gym in our society, this is the only issue rest society is overall a great place to live.

I booked an apartment in Runwal Symphony a few months back. The project is well connected with the city and I am quite impressed by the architecture and the build quality. The rooms are spacious, decorative and well planned. The pricing is also budget-friendly.

Runwal Symphony is a best place to live. Lovely people and environment. Society is neat and clean. Shops are nearby and there are good transport facilities. Hospitals and schools are nearby.

The flats are maintained but the roads are not proper. There is a lot of traffic in peak hours. During rainy season the area gets flooded very soon. Parking area is less and there is a lot of noise too.

I got an apartment and I am fascinated by the comfortable living. The premium project is connected with industrial units and commercial hubs. All the rooms are spacious and airy. There are also facilities and amenities provided to the residents. Runwal Symphony is best.

The apartments are spacious with a balcony. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Bus stop is very near and taxi is also available. Reputed Hospitals, banks, market, school are nearby. Roads are very clean and maintained. Security is good.
