Good things here
There were 2-3 schools beside the society. Playschools were also close to the society. Society was overall well connected and in the main society. Society was well maintained, with proper cleanliness and continuous water supply. Water leekage and seepage was not an issue when we awere living there. Everyone was friendly and a lovely space for kids.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym, pool, parking area, club house, park were all under construction at the time, not sure about the current situation. There is nothing I can say that I wanted to improve but Roads were not well constructed.

Good things here
The walking path is excellent for morning strolls, with all amenities within walking distance, including bus stations, cabs, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals. The society offers a functional gym, hall, and guest play area. Residents are friendly, cooperative, and celebrate festivals like Vinayaka Chavithi and Holi together.
Things need improvement
Improvements are needed regarding power cut issues and the construction quality, particularly in the walls. Additionally, the society lacks a swimming pool and sufficient greenery, requiring attention to enhance these aspects.

The clubhouse of the society is excellent, offering a wide range of facilities such as a function hall, a gym, various game activities, as well as yoga and dance classes for children. Additionally, other amenities and facilities such as outdoor play areas, open spaces, and a supermarket, salon, and beauty parlor are available, ensuring that residents do not need to venture outside for these services. The society's location is advantageous due to its proximity to key places; within 100 to 200 meters from the main gate, a school and a hospital are conveniently located. Maintenance is also commendable, with regular garbage collection being carried out.

Previously, the swimming pool in this society was operating great, but now it is closed due to poor maintenance.

The construction quality of this society is excellent due to regular checkups and ongoing painting. Additionally, residents of this community have never complained about issues such as leakages or flooring problems. The connectivity of the society is also noteworthy, as within a 2km radius, all kinds of facilities such as markets, banks, petrol bunks, schools, and clinics are conveniently located. Amenities such as a park, tennis court, clubhouse, gym, and parking are available, and they are well-maintained. Furthermore, the living environment is peaceful.
Things need improvement
The major problem with this community is that there are a lot of mosquitoes, and additionally, there is no swimming pool within the community.

Society's connectivity is great, with nearby schools, hospitals, grocery stores, medical shops, and a bus stop all located less than 1 km away. Maintenance is excellent, with a good water supply even in summer and no electricity problems due to good backup facilities. We reside in Block A, where there are no seepage issues. The people living here are good, and everyone celebrates all festivals together. The society also has a clubhouse, a gym, a community hall, and indoor games like table tennis.
Things need improvement
The only problem is that in this society there are a total of 400 flats, but the kid's play area is small, and there is no swimming pool inside the community.

There are no water issues in the society; the water facility is very reliable, available 24/7. Garbage collection is done daily and is efficient in the society. People are friendly and respectful in the society, contributing to a positive atmosphere.

Construction quality is not good in the society; there are many hairline cracks in the walls. There is no swimming pool in the society, despite there being a constructed one that remains closed. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Security is poor, particularly during nights, as the security personnel are not efficient.
