This society is highly regarded, and the builder has a good reputation in the market. There are plenty of shops within the society that cater to all household needs, and the management is efficient and effective.
The maintenance costs are on the higher side, and sometimes the committee overlooks certain issues that need attention.

The society's location being situated in a corner can indeed pose challenges for commuting, especially for those who do not have access to a personal vehicle. This can make it more difficult to access transportation options and other amenities located further away.

Living on the edge of Sanjay Gandhi National Park sounds idyllic, with clean, fresh air and a cooler temperature compared to the rest of Thane due to the nearby forested hill. The well-maintained clubhouse and vigilant 24/7 security provide residents with peace of mind.

People of the apartment are so helpful and friendly ,climate here is also good.
Connectivity of the apartment is so poor that there is no assistance for local transportation and railway station is also far away

It's in a fantastic location, right on the edge of Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The air is clean and fresh, and the temperature is usually a few degrees cooler than the rest of Thane, thanks to the nearby hill with dense forest. The clubhouse is well taken care of, and security is vigilant 24/7. The only downside is that it's a bit far from Thane station, about 7 kilometers away.

All the modern amenities are there like swimminng pool,club house ,gym,kids play area and garden in the society and eveything is fully fucntional in the society.Construction quality is good there is no issue regarding leakage and seepage in the society.High security system in the society there are 24/7 security gaurds available in the society.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Allocated parking is there for owners and visitors.
Public transport facilities are not available near by the society like railway and bus facilities and metro line is not available in this area till now,however you can approach for local transport easily.

All local transportation vehicles were available at 5mins walking distance. malls, hospital and restaurants were nearby. society was at 5mis waking distance from main road therefore never had traffic or pollution issues. gym, swimming pool, garden, play area, tennis court was available and properly maintained. society was highway connected. power backup was for common areas and flats also. people were very cooperative. no water logging on roads. walking tracks was properly maintained to walk inside the society. visitors parking is there. Construction quality was great. balcony and flats both are very specious. security was efficient.
School, collages were at 2-3km away from the society. there is no SPA, library or banquet hall present inside the society.

There were many grocerry shops and chemist near by the society and auto were just easy to catch .All the modern amenities were available in the society and everything was available for tenants without paying extra charges.Allocated parking was available like 1 car and 1 bike parking for 1 flat and separately visitors parking was also available in the society.High security system as there were gaurds on each entrance and there were cctv in all the areas of the apartment.People over there were really coperative and helpful.
Society was bit inside from the main road and railway station and bus services were not available near by the society.Build quality was poor as there was leakage and seepage issues in the apartment.

The frequency of TMT buses is notably low, often requiring residents to travel to Manpada to catch one. Furthermore, the two buildings, initially constructed by another builder and subsequently acquired by Neelkanth, are not adequately maintained.

Despite starting with only six small buildings in 2007, the complex has developed into one of the best in Thane. The environment is clean and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the highway, with plenty of greenery that creates a soothing atmosphere. The well-maintained clubhouse, especially the Badminton court with its wooden flooring, seems to be a favorite spot for recreational activities. The presence of gardens surrounded by mango and coconut trees adds to the pleasant environment
The maintenance issues with the swimming pool, such as loose tiling, can be inconvenient for residents who use this facility. Additionally, the presence of multiple societies within the complex can lead to misunderstandings and chaos, especially regarding shared amenities and responsibilities.

It's really clean and peaceful, away from the noisy highway. There are lots of trees and green spaces that make it feel relaxing. The clubhouse is great, especially the Badminton court, and the gardens are beautiful with all the mango and coconut trees.
The swimming pool often needs maintenance because of loose tiles. Each of the 7-floor buildings has its own society, which sometimes leads to misunderstandings and chaos. Parking is a major issue for these buildings; there's limited closed parking, and open parking is first-come, first-served. The metro isn't available yet.

Connectivity is good as there are good schools and hospitals near by the society even groccery shops and local market is near by the society.Rooms are spacious and well designed,Leakage and seepage is also not a concern.All the amenities are available in the society and eveything is well maintained.High security system has been adopted and there are cctv survilance in all area.Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors.Society is pets friendly and dogs and cats are allowed in the society.Stray dogs are not allowed in the society which ensure the safety of kids playing around the campus.
Water they use for toilet is recycled water and that water is much smelly due to that whole flats stincks which is very much annoying.Power back up is available for common areas only.This society belongs to family residents and bacholers arenot allowed.

The construction in this area is considered one of the best, with no assignment difficulties and no concerns regarding drainage. All necessary amenities such as swimming pool club house gymnashium podium garden etc available within the society, and they are well-maintained and equipped. The maintenance department is highly efficient, promptly resolving any issues that arise. Safety measures include CCTV surveillance in all areas, biometric facilities, and locked gates during nighttime. Allocated parking is provided for both owners and visitors. The society has specific rules and regulations that everyone must adhere to. The maintenance charges are reasonable compared to other societies that charge higher fees despite lacking similar amenities.
There is no railway station in close proximity to the society, but there is an upcoming metro station nearby, currently under construction. Power backup facilities are provided only for common areas such as lifts and common lines, with a few sockets in the units also allocated.This residency is exclusively for families, and single individuals are not permitted to reside here. Additionally, there are traffic issues along Ghurbandar Road in the vicinity. Specifically near this society, traffic congestion is not a concern.
