Good things here
Connectivity is excellent, with residents able to access shopping malls, schools, hospitals, and cabs within a 5-minute walk. The people are friendly, celebrating festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali, and Lodi together in this society.
Things need improvement
During the rainy seasons, there are issues with leakages in the walls, indicating maintenance problems. Additionally, the surroundings are not kept clean, highlighting deficiencies in maintenance within this society.

It is built by one of the trusted builders called SMR and quality is well maintained across. This property is belonging to SMR neighbour hood which is phase 2 of SMR vinay harmony county.
Things need improvement
Value to the money. Negotiation is good. going to deliver in 2 months and 15th floor. good for the people looking for high view,

The standout feature of this community is its expansive open space, constituting approximately 70 percent of the society's area. The connectivity is excellent, facilitated by numerous pre-schools, schools, medical stores, and a bus stop all within a 1km radius of the community. Additionally, there is a VIJETHA supermarket located just outside the community. The construction of the society was completed around 7 to 8 years ago, with no reported issues such as seepages due to high-quality construction standards. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and children's play area within the park.
Things need improvement
The community lacks a metro station, and the nearest one is approximately 10km away, which is quite far.

The society is well-connected, with several schools, hospitals, markets (both for vegetables and non-vegetarian items), and temples all within a 1 km radius, ensuring easy accessibility for everyone. The standout feature of this community is its excellent maintenance facilities, with no issues in water supply, electricity, parking, or drainage. Additionally, the maintenance charges are minimal. Inside the community, there are numerous amenities for everyone to enjoy, including a gym, pool, clubhouse, badminton court, and a large playground.
Things need improvement
The only issue is that the connecting road to the community is in poor condition. All residents, whether traveling by two-wheelers or four-wheelers, are facing problems due to the road's bad state.

Society's construction quality is top-notch, as it is a 13-year-old construction. Until now, there have been no issues with seepage, and amenities such as a tailor shop, ATM, grocery stores, play school, newly constructed temple, and clubhouse with gyms, guest rooms, function hall, and outdoor games like a badminton court are available. Additionally, there are good play areas. The connectivity is excellent, as there are several schools, hospitals, and supermarkets located within a 2km radius. A dedicated committee frequently organizes all the festivals.
Things need improvement
The society's committee frequently changes the security staff, which is not good for the community.
