The construction quality of the flats is top-notch, even at an affordable price. The society is well-maintained, and its location right on the Dwarka Expressway ensures excellent connectivity. Investing here promises good returns in a short period. Plus, the Gurgaon railway station and bus stand are within 6 km,

Gated society with full security and well maintained cleaning service. Good arrangement for parking and entry exit route. Commercial space available and almost every daily need goods available in society itself. Community hall, park, and parking space available for local residential people for 2 vehicles per house

There's no gym in the society. It would be better if there was a swimming pool for everyone. The public transport options are not good, and the metro is quite far, like 15-16 km away. This means you have to figure out your own way to use public transport. Also, there's no dog park in the society

Cabs are readily available, and the roads are decent, although buses are only accessible during morning and evening times. Sweepers come for garbage collection and keep the society clean. Maintenance charges for a 1BHK are around 1500 rupees. The society has a community hall, a play area, and an Anganwadi. There's also a park and a lift in the society. People are friendly, and we celebrate festivals together.

Good things here

CCTV, lift and other amenities were functional. There was no seepage issue. The society comes under affordable living category, so as per the rates there, everything was good only. There is a park and a community hall. Most residents are corporate employees and the general culture was good. There was a lot of diversity as well, like there were people from different countries as well. All the festivals were celebrated nicely. Houses are spaceous and well-ventilated.

Good things here

The neighborhood is roomy and secure with gated entrances. They use an app called MyGate to manage visitors, so we can track who's coming to see us. Even though it's in Gurgaon, it's closer to Delhi. They've put up CCTV cameras for added security. There's a park with playground equipment for kids, and the greenery is well-kept. Inside the community, there's a market with over 60 shops where you can find everything you need for daily life. Getting around is easy because of the good connectivity, and there are always cabs available, even at odd hours.

Since there's no public transport, owning a vehicle is necessary. Maintenance fees are a bit high at u20b92.88 per square foot, deducted from electricity bills. Water is usually available all the time, but occasionally there are unexpected issues, and they don't always inform us beforehand. Parking is chaotic because it's not assigned, so people park wherever they like. The management isn't handling parking issues well and doesn't seem interested in improving the situation

Good things here

The only thing that i liked about this society was the number of cultural fests amd events that used to happen there due to which the bondings between the neighbours developed and it felt like a home the. Also, people were educated - most of them were working professionals and they were very friendly.

The connectivity of the society was really bad. There was no bus, no autos, no metro stattion nearby.Roads were not maintained at all. There were Potholes which were never repaired. The backentrance of the society was always a mess with bargage around everywhere. We complained multiple times, but nothing was improved. Maintenance of the society is an area of concern. That should be really focused upon. Adding on to this, Costruction quality again was a very major issue in the society, we always faced issues like Seepage, leekage and water logging. Facilities and Amenities were not justifiable as well as there were no gym, swimming pool in the society.

This gated society offers full security and excellent cleaning services to keep everything well-maintained. There's ample parking and well-organized entry and exit routes. Additionally, there's commercial space available, and you can find almost all daily necessities within the society itself. Residents can enjoy community hall and park facilities, with parking space allocated for two vehicles per household for local residents.

I moved to this neighborhood on April 21st. One good thing is that the rent is low, and it feels nice to be part of the community. That's about it for the positives.

This neighborhood is close to a drainage ditch, so there are a lot of mosquitoes. During the rainy season, the entrance to the neighborhood gets flooded with about three feet of water. The management isn't doing a great job. The security guards aren't very active. There's not enough fresh air circulating. There's no public transportation available nearby. And living expenses are high.

Signature Global Solera is my new home and one that I am abundantly satisfied with. You see, I always fancied living in a landmark building and the city has many to remember. Well planned society with lots of green area. The kids playing area is very much liked by the kids and they enjoy a lot. Amenities wise, this project is one of the best I saw- it give everything. Society is quite spacious and gated security. They have implemented my gate app for visitors management so we know who is coming inside to meet us. It's in Gurgaon but more closer to Delhi.. Construction and design is stand-out in Gurgaon. Maintenance and service offering from developer is very good. Area very safe and posh. Connectivity is good and cabs are available 24x7 so commuting is not a problem.

Now about the flats 2BHK flats are spacious as per the affordable projects, only drawback the kitchen is open and that two in the beginning of the flat. Many people don't like this.

I visited this place few days back to checkout their 2 and 3 BHK flats. First of all this society is next to M3M woodshire project and in a village location. Mobile network and peaceful ambiance means fabulous WFH experience as I am seeing. The society has shops for various daily needs. Now about the flats 2BHK flats are spacious as per the affordable projects, only drawback the kitchen is open and that two in the beginning of the flat. Many people don't like this.

I shifted to this society on April 21, the positive part is that rent is cheap, you will get the good feeling that you are living in a society. Nothing more has to say on a positive point.. Everything you want is there at project. Construction quality is also good with peaceful and safe area overall. In case you are looking for ready to move in project and that too under affordable housing you can check this project. Only point is to check for connectivity.

Signature Global Solera is my new home and one that I am abundantly satisfied with. You see, I always fancied living in a landmark building and the city has many to remember. Well planned society with lots of green area. The kids playing area is very much liked by the kids and they enjoy a lot. Also parents don't have to worry about their safety as it is well surrounded by the boundaries.
