Good things here
They've actually provided a spacious playground, and there are plenty of shops conveniently located within the society. Plus, there's ample parking space available, which is quite convenient.
Things need improvement
Sometimes during the rainy season, the drainage system gets blocked, causing water to accumulate on the roads. This can make it difficult to ride or drive around the area.

The neighborhood has everything you could need within the community: there's a pool, gym, elevators, a kids' play area, sports facilities, and a garden. It's a gated community, so it's safe, and pets are welcome here too. The people in the neighborhood are friendly and supportive, making it a great place to live.

Some parts of the area are a bit older and could use a fresh coat of paint. The playground for kids isn't very spacious, and there's limited parking space for cars.

The maintenance charges for the society are very high, and there are issues like swimwear not being provided, along with the swimming pool not being cleaned for a week.

This budget apartment is considered one of the best choices for purchasing. It's a ready-to-move project with good amenities. People who already live here have shared positive reviews about their experience. Despite what you might think, it's just a short drive from the highway road, and the connecting roads are in excellent condition, linking TATA to the highway road. I highly recommend considering these wonderful homes, especially since there's no need to wait for possession as it's a ready-to-move apartment.

Tata New Heaven doesn't have many negatives; it provides all the necessary amenities with good quality. A must-buy!

Nice Society, There is a sports academy offering tennis, football, basketball, and cricket facilities, which residents may have access to. The society also features a swimming pool, and there are several parks scattered around. Shopping facilities are good

The society faces poor public transport facilities and is situated far away from the city. It is essentially in a rural area with limited public transportation options, and there is no metro connectivity. However, the road conditions are relatively acceptable.

Good things here
The parks and green areas were also excellent. But what I liked the most was the construction of the society; it was something different, and I liked it a lot. So, from my point of view, I am satisfied with this society.

It seems there are some aspects of this society that I don't like. The communication from people in the society, as well as the workers, can be a bit rude. Whenever I tried to speak or ask them questions, they responded in a rude manner. That's the only problem I experienced during my almost two years of living there.

The society boasts a well-maintained club, 24x7 CCTV supervision, and high-security measures. There are well-maintained amenities like a swimming pool, garden, and playground. An Eco club is also present in the society. The atmosphere is such that all families feel like one big family in the community.

In society, there is no park, and the applied maintenance charges are high. Pets may not be comfortable, and at times, the shops in our society are not open.

It's a high-quality and well-maintained neighborhood with multiple layers of security, including at the project entrance, tower cluster entrance, tower security, and features like CCTV cameras and video phones at each flat door. The society offers world-class amenities, including a club, gym, outdoor and all-weather indoor swimming pools, tennis courts, indoor badminton court, a full basketball court, three squash courts, card rooms, pool and table tennis rooms, and even a rooftop restaurant. For families, there's a designated play area for children, dedicated visitor parking, a play school right next to the project, and a mini shopping complex.

There is currently no public transport available, but there's a proposed metro extension along the SPR in Gurgaon's master plan.

It's a good society with excellent connectivity, making commuting easy. The society is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with power backup, security, and a clubhouse. Basic amenities and shops, including a salon, are available within the condominium. Additionally, it's conveniently located, just a 5-minute drive away from malls, hospitals, and other essential facilities.

It is a well-built township known for its Tata quality. The amenities include a swimming pool, tennis and basketball grounds. There is ample space for walking, sitting, and enjoying meals or tea. The society has proper security and parking facilities. The connectivity is good with well-maintained roads leading to highways, and necessary shops are nearby. The rooftop view of the society is also impressive.
Things need improvement
There are some shops and a small market within the vicinity, it may not be sufficient for a fulfilling shopping and leisure experience. For better shopping options and enjoyment, residents may need to travel around 12 to 15 km. Additionally, for children who seek amusement parks or super malls, the current distance might be a bit far. These are areas that could be considered for improvement.

Designed with a contemporary style of architecture for the urban landscape, the project offers ample greenery and fine living at its best. I am quite impressed with the indoor and outdoor facilities like badminton court, departmental store, hall, health club, aerobic zone and swimming pool, skating rink, amphitheater, and much more. There are sections for adults and children and it is perfect for families. My hopes have been met and I would recommend this project to all flat hunters.

It is one of the best projects ever. It is providing all the basic facilities like Hospital, ATM, Bank, Shopping mall and much more. The project is also well connected with schools, colleges, and IT parks. I have booked a flat and the rooms are of a premium nature.
