Good things here
Nice place & location. Near by Pune-Mumbai Expressway. Close to Lodha Belmondo & opposite side of MCA International Stadium. Having Picture view location, Fresh Air Quality, Perfect Vastu, Small river are here. Atmosphere is awesome. Near by small tracking spot.
Things need improvement
Construction Quality is not perfect. Many Flats have seepage issues (Specially A wing 2 BHK and 3 BHK).
