Good things here
The maintenance fee is _1600 per month. Cultural events like Holi and Diwali are celebrated, and neighbors are friendly. Autos are available just outside the society, and there's a small local market nearby. There is uncovered parking available.
Things need improvement
Metro isn't available in this area. There are issues with seepage and the construction quality isn't great either. The playground and garden are mostly in name only; maintenance is lacking. There are no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse. Garbage collection is not done properly; cleanliness needs improvement. Although lifts and CCTV cameras are available, they are not well-maintained. The overall maintenance of the society is very poor.

This place has a wine shop nearby that makes the atmosphere bad. Green surroundings and forests indicate huge possibilities for this place. Amenities and the management is quite good here.

This place has good connectivity and a green atmosphere around its place. Nearby metro station also provides good connectivity to the city. Apartments and buildings are well constructed and beautifully organised.

Construction of the place is really good. The Infrastructure is good and safe. Society has tight security around it. Guards are quite good and do their job with loyalty and reverence.

Security cameras are installed to maintain the safety and security of this place. However, there are no parks near this place. Good quality shops are available nearby for local needs.

Securities in gates are far better than in the buildings. Society is quite good for living at an affordable price. ROF is quite clean and pollution free. There are no swimming pools in this place.

It is a dream cum true when simply knowing about the under-construction flats that are developed by ROF atulyas in Gurgaon. These flats have many other facilities that attract the eyeballs my family to see and dream of my to live here. The lavish apartments have everything that is needed at a nearby distance or walking distance from the house lounge that is just included in a dream flat. My family do love it here and so does I.

Residential apartments witnessing the manicured gardens are very much attractive and lovely places to start living in and exploring nature more closely. They are working on the under-construction flats for the new buyers who are willing to invest and get something tangible and more pleasing. These residential flats witnesses the facility of schooling nearby which is a great deal for my kids. I really love here.
