The maintenance fees for a 3BHK here are quite high, which makes it one of the pricier societies in Gurugram. If they were lowered, it would be more affordable for many residents. However, the society still provides a safe and green environment, with full power backup and great amenities. While it's a bit far from Old Gurgaon, the wide range of facilities and community involvement make it a sought-after place to live.
