Zara Aaavas is well connected with the city. Public transport is easily available. I dont have negatives about this apartment. Construction Quality is good. There are no seepage issues.

This gated society offers a safe environment with friendly and active people in the buyer's association. However, it's important to note that the builder is currently responsible for maintenance, which can lead to overcharging and suboptimal facilities due to Affordable Housing policies. On the bright side, maintenance is handled by Enviro, and while there may be some shortcomings, the plumbers and electricians generally do a decent job.

This society is part of the Haryana affordable scheme, so you should expect the construction quality to be basic. It offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom flats spread across 7 acres with 19 towers. The location is convenient, close to Old Gurgaon, Dwarka Expressway, and Gurgaon railway station. The society has its own shopping arcade, swimming pool, park, table tennis court, and playground for children. Rent is also reasonable, making it a budget-friendly option.

Public transport are outstanding. Society has no conducted building. All facilities are very good and available. The environment is very friendly ND co-operative.

Great location—schools, hospitals (especially a kids' hospital), shopping markets, etc., are nearby. The society buzzes with events during major festivals.

The construction quality is not up to par; there are frequent issues with seepage, and the paint is visibly worn out. Plus, decent malls are quite a distance away.

The maintenance is outstanding. Roads are very good. Market is nearby the society. Society is safe at night. The neighbors are well-educated and decent.

The market area is nearby from the society. Connectivity of the society well good. There is no harm from the natural disaster. So much open space in the society. The neighborhood is very friendly and they celebrate all the festivals.

Cabs are easily available. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. club house is available in the society People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals are celebrated together in the society.

The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are not available easily at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are not available outside the society. These are available at a distance. The constructuion quality is not good in the Building, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced a lot in the society. Water supply is not good in the society, problems are faced regarding water supply, black water comes out from the taps. Water quality is very dirty in the bathrooms. There is a swimmingpool but it is not functional, water is not filled in the swimmingpool.

There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. Water supply is good in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

The constructuion quality is very poor in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Sometimes The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Paintings are not done on time. The common areas not not maintained and repairings are not done on time by the builders. According to the maintainance charges taken the society is not maintained properly by the workers. Electricity issues are faced a lot, power cuts happens a lot in the society. Power backup is only available for common areas.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The society has got precaution measures of disaster safety. Fire estinguisher is present in each floors and blocks of the society. People staying in the society well connected, friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

The maintainance is very very poor, inj the last 5 years there have been no proper maintainance in the society. Paintings are not done on time. The pipe remains broken and it is not fixed, it is left like that, the management is very bad in this society. Swimmingpool was promised by the builder but it was never operational, the tiles used in the swimmingpool wall are coming off and it is in a very bad condition. It has been 4 years the swimmingpool is not fixed yet and there is no water in it. If someone will come in this society that person won't feel like it's just 4 years old society, this society looks like 30 year old society because of the worst maintainance.

The management and maintenance of our society are lacking, with teamwork falling short and construction quality being poor. The swimming pool is not well-kept or maintained, and cleanliness is a major issue throughout the area and construction work is still going on.

It has been one year since I left the society) it's a affordable a society, management have constructed everything within that frame. people in the society are good and friendly, there's a lot of cultural events that happens inside the society

The road outside the society are pretty narrow there is a lot of water logging issue outside and inside the society, whenever it rained they used to face water logging inside the premises of the society as well the maintainace charges of this society are almost the same as any other luxury society but the facilities were not that good at all. the construction quality is very bad,the walls were not made good, there is a lot of seapage issue. once there was a situation where one day it was raining and big quantity of plaster just came out from the balcony, the plaster and fitting quality is not good and maintained. facilities- swimming pool is there but it's unoperational, it never started for any access and there's 2 or 3 slides present in the park but 5 out of 7 days they used to fill up the park area with water and they use to say they are unable to grow the grass there, the park was only accesible for 2 days in a week there is no open space area or club house inside the society. electricity is a big problem, the transformers have lesser capacity as compared to what's needed, pretty much everyday all the nearby areas have got electricity but in this society the electricity is gone for 2 to 3 hours, theres no power backup available in the society the people inside the society have to arrange and got their own power backup

Moreover, the limited delivery options from popular services like Zomato and Swiggy further inconvenience residents.
