Lodha Palava City is a residential project by the Lodha Group in Dombivli East, Mumbai Beyond Thane. a project where you would find the best in class construction with all the amenities and facilities which are hard to find in other projects. The homes are built with complete care which can be noticed not just from inside but from outside also. Regular police patrolling, CCTV cameras, street lights, and lush greenery make this project more desirable. Shopping malls, schools, and colleges are in abundance.

The main issue revolves around road connectivity, particularly for those working in IT sectors located in Airoli, Vashi, Vikhroli, and Mahape. The traffic congestion near Shilphata junction during morning and evening rush hours can be severe, often resulting in long delays. Sometimes, it takes up to an hour to clear the traffic jam. Living here necessitates owning a vehicle to commute to the office. While it may be a good investment for buying, living here may not be advisable until road connectivity improves.

Essentially, it's a self-contained city within a society, perfectly encapsulated by its name, PALAVA by Lodha. Lodha builders are renowned for their reliability and trustworthiness in the construction industry.

There's not much I dislike about the society, but the main issue for me is its distance from Dombivli railway station, which is approximately 10 kilometers away. During peak hours, it takes roughly an hour to reach the station, which can be quite inconvenient.
