Cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently upheld. The construction quality is high, with no reported issues like seepage, leakage, or plaster problems. Residents can enjoy a range of amenities, such as a gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and children's play area, along with ample parking space. Nearby hospitals provide easy access to medical facilities, and efficient garbage disposal systems are in place. The society experiences no water supply or electricity problems, and maintenance charges are reasonable.
The drainage system in the society is inadequate, resulting in flooding and water logging issues both inside and outside the premises, particularly during the rainy season.

In this community, residents enjoy excellent safety measures, with robust security infrastructure, and the added convenience of having a nearby school, ensuring a secure environment for both residents and their children.
In this society, the STP system of the society does not function well, it has be to improved.

It was average before 5 years, Mantainance was good for power supply. Ammenities were functional and usable like club house, swimming pool. I did not face any issues with management.
Outside the apartment roads are not good but still i did not face any issues during my stay.

Maintaining the clubhouse in the society is a delightful experience, with reasonable maintenance charges making it accessible to all. The absence of pollution in the vicinity adds to the overall quality of life. Convenient access to cabs within the society premises enhances transportation options for residents. Amenities such as the swimming pool and gym are well-maintained, contributing to residents' well-being. Although I left the society three years ago, I remember the reliable water facility that was available. Additionally, markets and other facilities are conveniently located within walking distance from the society, making daily tasks easier for residents.
The hospitals being 4-5 kilometers away from the society pose inconvenience during emergencies. Traffic issues around the society further exacerbate the inconvenience for residents. Additionally, cleanliness standards outside the society are subpar, impacting the overall living environment.

I moved out of the society six years ago, but during my time there, I found the people to be very kind and cooperative. As a student, I enjoyed spending time at the clubhouse. I also appreciated the fact that there was no pollution around the society.
The society provides a park for residents, offering a space for recreation and relaxation. However, the maintenance charges within the society are considerably expensive. Additionally, colleges are located quite far from the society, approximately 5 kilometers away, which may pose challenges for students residing there.

The society's location is peaceful because it is not directly situated on the main road. Schools, various stores, clinics, petrol stations, restaurants, and bus stops are all available within a kilometer, while hospitals are situated 2 to 3 kilometers away from the society. Amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, and new sports activities are nearing completion, while other amenities such as playgrounds and parking facilities are well-maintained. The residents of the society are friendly and good-natured, including the children. Overall maintenance is commendable, the upkeep of green spaces, effective security measures with CCTV systems, and elevators that are consistently in working condition.
The supermarket is available within the community, but it doesn't carry all the items, and the prices are quite expensive.

Additionally, there is a shop located within the society premises, providing various amenities to the residents. Furthermore, there have been significant improvements in the facilities available within the society. The cleaning standards of the society are commendable, contributing to a clean and hygienic living environment for residents.
Garbage collection is not timely in the society; residents are required to place their bins out by 10 am, and there is a fee of 500 rupees for cleaning services. The construction quality in the society is poor, with noticeable cracks in the walls. While SRM Hospitals are available, they are quite far from the society, approximately 3 kilometers away. Additionally, maintenance charges in the society are expensive, amounting to 4000 rupees. The condition of bathroom flushes is unsatisfactory, often filled with dust, and the flush water emits an unpleasant odor. The presence of numerous street dogs in the society is also quite irritating for residents.
