Good things here

This society offers a serene and peaceful environment amidst nature, while still being close to shopping malls and amusement parks, surrounded by lush greenery. It's strategically located just 2 minutes from the proposed metro, 15 minutes from New Delhi, 7 minutes from the IGI Airport, and 10 minutes from NH 8

A major downside is the high maintenance charges, which might be challenging for middle-class individuals. Potential residents should consider this. Additionally, there could be some issues with the management, so be prepared to address them

Good things here

Grand IVA is a gated society located in Sector 103 Gurgaon, developed by Signature Global. It boasts excellent greenery, a playground, a badminton court, and a market. Around 50 families have already moved in, and the population is steadily increasing. While the society is good, there are currently challenges with the market and transportation, which are expected to be resolved within the next year or two. There are proper guards and CCTV cameras installed for security. Parking may become an issue in the coming years as the society has space for only 200 cars. Additionally, the society is located near Daulatabad village, so there's no direct transportation available; residents need to book cabs to go out. However, the completion of Dwarka Expressway and other developments are expected soon. Overall, despite a few challenges, the society is a good place to live

Currently, there's no transportation or nearby market for daily needs. The roads are still under construction, leading to water logging outside the society. Maintenance charges are high, but these issues are expected to be resolved in the near future as development progresses

Good things here

I recently moved to Grand IVA, which is Signature Global's fourth-largest project, and I'm really impressed with the hospitality and services here. It's incredibly peaceful. I love the badminton court, and the children's park in the middle is a nice touch. There are 16 towers in total, and I live in the 14th tower. I usually buy groceries from the nearby village of Daulatabad. Another great thing is that there will be a mall opening within the society in about a year. The people here are also very friendly and welcoming

The biggest issue with Gramd Iva is its location. It's far from the metro, and there's limited transport besides expensive options like Ola or Uber. The nearest village, Daulatabad, lacks essential amenities. It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach Delhi, which wouldn't be the case if the Dwarka Expressway were finished. In summary, the transportation options are extremely poor

The place is surrounded by greenery, which is refreshing. The pathways are well-built and spacious. There are various sports facilities available such as badminton and basketball courts. The guards are disciplined and polite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable

I live in this great society, and it's very well-maintained. We focus on engaging with the community and encourage everyone to participate actively. The society is exceptionally well-located, being nearest to the metro and markets. It's a gated community with widespread camera coverage, ensuring security. The society is pet-friendly, faces no sewage issues, and offers multiple parks and lift facilities, making it a highly convenient and comfortable place to live.

There are virtually no negatives, with the only minor inconveniences being that the hospital and police station are a bit far away, though not excessively distant

Living in a gated society offers the advantage of safety, especially for the family. The flats are well-ventilated, allowing ample natural light. The society is thoughtfully planned, featuring plenty of green spaces. Children particularly enjoy the well-designed playing area, and parents appreciate the secure boundaries. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm, adding to the charm of the community. With good connectivity from Dark Expressway and NH8, and basic facilities nearby, it's a worthwhile experience to live in such a society.

There's a limitation in the number of parks, and they aren't sufficient for the number of flats/families in the society. Additionally, there is no dedicated parking space available."
