Good things here

Veena Sarawati is one of the best places to live in Vasai. It's like an alternative to Gokul Dham society, where people come together to celebrate festivals and support each other through good and bad times. Whenever there's an issue in the society, we have quick meetings to find solutions. The surroundings are filled with green trees, and there's a playground for kids. Nearby, there are shops for daily needs and groceries, and Dmart is just a short walk away. Plus, there are 2-3 schools nearby for children.

Things need improvement

Sometimes, there are power cuts in the area, affecting all the nearby societies. In our flat, the kitchen tap isn't connected to the water tank, so it only gets water in the morning and not throughout the day. Also, there are some mosquitoes around, so it's best to close the windows in the evening.

Good things here

The society is really spacious with plenty of parking available. Nearby shops make it convenient to buy groceries, and it's a pet-friendly place. You can enjoy walks or jogs in the open space, and there's a well-kept turf for playing sports like football or cricket. Gyms are also close by. The garden is beautiful and well looked after. We celebrate almost every festival together. Schools and theaters are within reach, and it's easy to find autos and cabs nearby. Each flat is well lit and ventilated, with watchmen at every gate for security. The building is sturdy and well-maintained, with elevators working smoothly. We have a reliable water supply, and the neighbors are friendly.

There's limited parking for visitors in the society. Nearby roads can cause noise issues at times. The maintenance charges are average. Most residents here are from the middle class. Unfortunately, there are no shelters to protect from rain. Occasional power cuts can be inconvenient. The roads outside the society are poorly constructed. Additionally, there's a large pond nearby that sometimes has waste in it, causing unpleasant odors.

It's a gated community with strict security checks for outsiders. The residents are friendly, and many festivals are celebrated here. There's a designated area for sports activities and ample parking space allocated for each flat, with continuous water supply throughout the day. The maintenance team does a good job. It's spacious inside, allowing for walks and pet outings, as it's pet-friendly. Conveniently, there's easy access to the airport and railway stations. Nearby, there are plenty of grocery shops and other necessary stores, including D-Mart, and a market on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The society is well-maintained and clean, with well-lit and ventilated flats. Both 1BHK and 2BHK options are available, and the layout is well-planned. The locality offers several schools, hospitals, and shopping centers. Overall, it's one of the best places you'll find in Vasai East.

There's seepage causing plaster to fall from common areas. Limited parking space is available for visitors in the society. Metro connectivity is not available at the moment. There's no swimming pool or gym area. The society lacks power backup for the entire premises; only the lift and corridor lights have backup. The quality of the lift is average, accommodating a maximum of four people at a time.

This society is truly remarkable among all in the Vasai East area, and the atmosphere/environment is fantastic. The people here are great and helpful, and there's easy connectivity to the station and highways

Good things here

Unit of the apartment was very beautiful and semi furnished ,moduler kitchen had been provided,dray ares was also there.layout of 25 wings was impressive.connectivity was good,near by auto ,cabs available.

There was not parking space for the residence,no amenities like club house swimming pool had been provided,there was cracks and seepage issues in the apartment,garden was there but for kids only.

The society has a wonderful gym with amazing amenities, and people spend a lot of time there. The overall atmosphere is jovial and sweet. Additionally, there is a convenience store downstairs. The kitchens are spacious, and drinking water is available from 7 am to 8 am and during 7 pm and 8 pm.

Verna Sarawak is one of the best societies to live in Kasai. It's like an alternative to Goal Dam society, where people live together, celebrate all festivals together, and support each other in good and bad times. If any problem arises, an immediate meeting is called to find a solution. The society is surrounded by green trees, and there's a play garden for kids. Essential shops and groceries are nearby, with Smart within walking distance. Additionally, there are 2-3 schools in the nearby area for children.

Things need improvement

There are occasional power cutoffs in the area, impacting nearby societies as well. The tap in the kitchen is not connected to the water tank of the flat, so it only has water in the morning and not throughout the day. Additionally, there are some mosquitoes, requiring you to close the windows in the evening.

It's a gated complex with 10 wings, and entry for outsiders is restricted without a gate pass. CCTV cameras are installed throughout the complex, covering lifts as well. The society has a garden and play area, and it actively celebrates most festivals. Each flat is designed to have proper natural light and ventilation.

Due to ongoing Metro work, there are traffic jams along the entire Grounder Road. However, it is anticipated that this issue will be resolved in due course.

People were friendly and used to celebrate every event together auto stand were near by the society, Security is very good in the society they use my gate app as per her “ koi bhi aata hai aagar delivery boy bhi aata hai to unhe hume aandar aane ke aap se permission deni padati hai”. bachalors are not allowed in the society. Enviroment of the society is the Big plus point

Its location is ideal with nearby markets and a school within a 10-minute walking distance.

The main issue I've encountered is with the water facility, which had problems in 2018. However, now that fewer people are living in the apartments, we're getting sufficient water. Additionally, there's a weekly power cut lasting up to 4 hours, which can be a bit inconvenient. Other than these issues, there are no major problems in the apartment.
