Good things here
Allocated parking space for owner and visitors.Schools and hospitals were around the society,local transport easily available.Society was very well maintained like all the amenities like Gym, Swimming pool, club house were functional and equipped so well.Cleaniness was top notch in that Society. Parking allowed for tenant and visitors as well
Things need improvement
As I am former resident in my time I faced issues with the outside road it was bad in condition so it was very hard for me to drive my car at entry point

Good things here
Auto cabs are easily available near by the society even there are schools and hospitals near by the society.Áll the modern amenities are there in the society and fully functional.High security system all the areas are under cctv survilance.All the festivals are celebrated in the society Overall good socialism in the society.
Things need improvement
As such there are no issues in the society but quality of the walls is very thin and just can't hang up weighted things on the walls otherwise pop will pop out of the walls.

Auto rickshaw kuch bhi pas me nhi milta hai society thodi andar ke side me hai us vajahase. security bohot bekar hai humare flats ke bahar ke stools bhi chori ho gaye hai. pani bohot khrab ata hai utility ke pani ki kharab smell atti hai. pine ka pani tanker se mangvate hai. society clean nhi hai, leakage bhi hota hai flats me. koi bhi amenities achese maintained nhi hai.

Good things here
Local market,schools ,hospitals are at walkable distance from the society.proper garbage disposible system has been adopted.security system is great.All the modern amenities are there and fully functional.
Things need improvement
Build quality is below average like leakage and seepage issues are there in the society.During rainy season water logging issues are there in the society.

Schools and hospitals are near by the society.society has adopted proper garbage disposble system.All the amenities are very well maintained and functional.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.

Bus stand ,Railway station is far away from the society.construction quality is poor,leakage and seepage issues in the society.

Good things here
All the modern amenities were there in the society.Connectivity of the society was good like auto cabs were easily available.Lots of open space was there in the society.24/7 water supply was there in the society.Allocated parking for resident .
Things need improvement
Constrution quality is not that great like in the toilet proper flushing system is not there like if you are staying on ground floor toilets will never be flushed off.Lots of presitides issues were there in the society.Power back up facilities were also not there in the society.

Good things here
Society was Highly maintained and disciplined like cleaniness was top notch and security was great.schools and hospital were near by even though local transport easily available.all the modern amenities were there in fuctional condition.Allocated parking space for owner and visitors.

Overall my living experience in that society was excellent and i dont see anything to dislike in the society.

Good things here
There is no water logging or traffic issues around the society,quality of material used to build roads is good.Buillder has deliverd all the modern amenities that he promised and everything is well maintained by builder only.owners has spacious parking in the society.Build quality is great as there are no seepage issues in the apartments.Crowd of the people is of high gentry and well mannered.Security is good all the areas are under cctv survilance and security staff is there in each entrance.
Things need improvement
Power back up connection has been allocated to common areas only,so that can be imrove.There is no biomatrix on the entrance ,so that should be improve for security purpose.There is no enough allocated space for visitors parking in the society.

Power back up facilities are not there in the society for units it has been allocated to common areas only.Society should add ev charging station inside the campus.
