I'm grateful that our society is always well-maintained and kept clean, with proper hygiene practices in place. It's reassuring that garbage collection is done on time, contributing to the cleanliness and tidiness of our surroundings. I appreciate that painting projects are completed on time, maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our society and ensuring that it remains visually pleasing. The friendly and cooperative nature of the people in our society fosters a sense of community, making living here a pleasant experience, especially during celebrations and social events. I'm relieved that we don't face any pet-related issues. Reliable water supply is crucial for our daily needs, and I'm glad that we don't encounter any water supply issues, ensuring that water is always available whenever needed. we don't experience any major electricity issues, and the availability of power backup adds an extra layer of security and convenience during power outages. The availability and proper maintenance of lifts in our society ensure accessibility and convenience for all residents.
Things need improvement
It's disappointing to note that the amenities in our society are limited, and despite promises made by the builder, essential facilities such as a functional swimming pool and a playground have not been provided. he presence of seepage, leakage, and dampness within our society is concerning, indicating potential structural issues and compromising the integrity of our buildings. The lack of nearby grocery stores and markets poses challenges for residents like me, as it makes it inconvenient to access essential goods and services.

The society's buildings have excellent construction quality without seepage or termite issues. Homes are comfortable and stylish with good ventilation, plaster, and fittings. Residents enjoy amenities like a gym and clubhouse. Connectivity is strong with buses, autos, and cabs on well-maintained roads. Nearby schools, hospitals, and markets provide convenience. Designated parking and community rules maintain order. Reliable 24/7 electricity and water supply support daily life. A friendly community atmosphere thrives among neighbors. Well-maintained elevators ensure smooth operation. Security includes CCTV surveillance and a 24/7 guard. Efficient garbage collection with waste segregation promotes cleanliness.
Things need improvement
Parking is reserved only for owners and not tenants, which can be inconvenient for renters in the society. Other than this, I can't think of anything else that I dislike.

Although the construction quality is generally good, occasional issues like seepage and plaster problems may arise, but they are managed promptly. Residents also enjoy a range of facilities including a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids
Things need improvement
The gym is currently available but could benefit from upgrades to improve its quality and facilities. Additionally, having restaurants and food options within the society premises would be highly advantageous.

According to me, the connectivity of the society is excellent. There is a nearby metro station and railway station, and the frequency of public transport is very good, with plenty of local buses, autos, and other options available. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is very good, with well-ventilated and spacious flats. The maintenance is also commendable, with the society being well-maintained, clean, and green. Parking is allotted, and there is ample space, with guest parking also available. Furthermore, the people in the society are friendly�and�helpful.
Things need improvement
I don't think there is any need for improvement in the society, but many amenities in the society are not functional, such as the park, which is available but not functional. So, I feel that all available amenities should�be�functional.

Around the society, there are malls, metro stations, railway stations, markets, schools, and hospitals, so the connectivity is excellent. Maintenance services in the society are also very good; all services are provided on time, and cleaning is regularly done. The construction quality of the buildings is quite good; there are no issues like seepage or water leakage. All amenities like James swimming pool, garden, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. Additionally, the people in the society are friendly and even�pet-friendly.

The society is already well-maintained, so I don't think there is any further need for improvement here. My experience in the society has been very good, and in my opinion, there is no need for any further�improvements.

Additionally, the neighbors are very good, friendly, and quite helpful. The society has excellent connectivity with schools, hospitals, markets, and even a nearby metro station, making commuting hassle-free. Maintenance is also very good; garbage collection is done on time, the society is kept clean, and the lifts are properly�maintained.
Things need improvement
In society, there is often a shortage of parking space, causing significant inconvenience due to the lack of allotted parking. Additionally, while amenities are available, they are not properly maintained. I believe there should be improvements�in�these�areas.

Good things here
The society was kept clean with no water problems. It was easy to get to everything with buses, autos, and taxis always around. Water and waste were managed well. Nearby, there were stores, hospitals, and schools. Kids had a big park to play in. People were friendly and helpful, and communication and internet were reliable. Everything was easily accessible, and people had the facilities of public transport. Additionally, CCTV cameras and elevators were available for residents' convenience and safety.
Things need improvement
Maintenance should be improved as there were some seepage and leakage issues in the society, and CCTV cameras were also not working properly. Additionally, amenities were lacking.

Time to time maintainance is done in the society, the society is kept clean. The public transportation is easily available around the society, The connectivity is good of the society, nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The construction quality of the society is well to do, seepage and leakage issues are not faced. All facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The environment of the society is good,People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society I really like the society.

The maintenance of the society is also excellent, with regular cleaning and proper upkeep of amenities such as the clubhouse and garden. There isn't much need for improvement in the society, but I feel that the roads within and around the society should be slightly improved. Additionally, while parking is allotted for owners, it's limited for tenants. Moreover, although all amenities are available in the society, there is no swimming pool, which�could�be�added.
