Being a resident of this place I feel satisfied with their amenities. I am planning to buy a 3 BHK flat for myself with much affordable prices with the perfect accommodation. Both 3BHK and 4BHK flats have attached sundeck with decent room decoration and ample amount of spaces in the dining room, bedroom, kitchen and living room as well. Every flat has good electricity services including AC, lights and ceiling fans, geysers as well. Thus according to me, it's an excellent choice for everyone who are looking for a luxurious dwelling.

For me, it is one of the best township projects proposed in Gurgaon with most of the amenities as they promised. This is one of the abundant habitats with good connectivity to highways and roadways, efficient transportation system, advance medical characteristics, strong infrastructure, educational facilities, job opportunities and dignity of fundamental luxuries are the major factors that support the real estate market of Delhi. And I highly recommend this place because several renowned shopping malls, theatres, schools and colleges, parlours, banks, hospitals are so close to my future residence.

The subsequent issues should be considered by the authorities also. The slum settlements in sector 99a will create a lots of negative effects on the residents of this place. Severe potholes are found in the highways which create huge inclination of road accidents. Also frequent power cuts happen in this area. Water supply create a huge problem to the local people of this residence as they have reported. During monsoon, people face severe water logging issues on the paths of this place.

The whole project delivers a lot of installations for the residents as it's having a huge place for tree plantation and gardening which makes a well-ventilated atmosphere across the campus. This residence comprising playgrounds for children, a swimming pool, gyms, spaces for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every morning. Also, it has some open space for morning or evening walk for my parents. It has a huge hall for meetings and other communal activities as well.
