Electronic city is the fast growing area in bangalore with many IT hubs. Best recommended for student as tech industries are nearby and ammenities like swimming pool, gym, clubs are nearby.
Cost of living is higher as compared to other, maintainence fees and very jams are their in public transports. This can make commuting to and from work and school a challenge.

Connectivity is good, with cabs and autos easily available in the society. The people are very friendly and cooperative. The water facility is excellent in the society, and there is also power backup available. Amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and football court are all available in the society. Security is very good, and the roads within the society are well-maintained.
The construction quality is poor, with issues of seepages in bathrooms and faulty flushes in flats. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Additionally, the lack of facilities such as supermarkets, grocery markets, and fruit stalls nearby is inconvenient, as they are located far from the society.

The association is very proactive and efficient. People are friendly and cooperative in the society. Hospitals are conveniently located within a 10-minute travel time from the society, which is convenient. Additionally, the parking area in the society is very spacious.
Cabs and autos are not available in the society, and even if we attempt to book them, they are often unavailable during emergencies, which is inconvenient. Additionally, there is no power backup in the society, and the water facility is also poor in recent days. While there is a swimming pool, the cleaning maintenance is inadequate. The construction quality is poor; during rainfall, water seeps in through the windows, which is inconvenient. Furthermore, there is no designated visitors' parking area in the society, requiring visitors to park outside.
