This society is located near the main road, ensuring easy access to cabs and buses. Nearby petrol bunks, grocery stores, and supermarkets are also available. Residents celebrate all festivals and events within the community, fostering a friendly atmosphere. The construction quality is good, with no leakage problems. Amenities like a gym, clubhouse, play area, and swimming pool are available, and activities are conducted often for residents to enjoy.
Things need improvement
The major problem in this society is heavy traffic, as it is located near the main road. Additionally, there is significant noise pollution caused by the constant flow of vehicles.

Good things here
Half of the apartments have a lake view, and the society is connected to the highway, providing easy access to Dmart and cabs. The table tennis area is well-maintained, and bachelor residents are permitted.
Things need improvement
There is a cockroach issue in this society, which needs to be addressed promptly to ensure a hygienic and comfortable living environment for all residents.

It is a very nice community to stay with a lake view. A few of the flats on the upper floors have an amazing night view of the busy road. The amenities provided are really good, and there is round the clock security here.

Pramuk Aqua Heights is a good residential project with 19 floors. It is located on the Hosur road and has a metro station, bus stop and Ecity mall at a walkable distance. The apartments are near a lake, and hence the view from the balcony is just top-notch.

Pramuk Aqua Heights is a nice community with friendly neighbours. The community has amenities like a jogging track; swimming pool, gym, club house and a huge kid’s play area. The premises is maintained well, and it is very clean. It is also well connected by bus, cabs and autos.

Pramuk Aqua Heights is located in the prime location of Hosur. Facilities like malls, supermarkets, hotels, grocery stores, ATMs and banks are at a close distance. The community has excellent water supply, power backup is good, and security is great.

Pramuk Aqua Heights has good security, and amenities like a swimming pool, play area, jogging and walking tracks and a well equipped gym. The location is very nice, and the atmosphere here is very peaceful.
