Water facilities in the society are excellent, and reliable power backups ensure uninterrupted supply. Garbage collection services are efficient, with separate collection of wet and dry waste ensuring cleanliness. The society offers a range of well-maintained amenities including swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and kids' play areas, providing ample recreational options. Maintenance care is dependable, and there are plenty of open spaces outside houses, enhancing convenience. Schools are conveniently located within walking distance. Residents are friendly and respectful, contributing to a welcoming community atmosphere. Access to cabs and autos in the nearby city is very convenient, further adding to the convenience for residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is very poor, with noticeable seepages and cracks in the walls, which is highly inconvenient. Connectivity to public transport such as cabs and autos is not readily available, causing significant inconvenience. Even when booked in advance, availability remains an issue, further exacerbating the problem. Public transportation options are also not easily accessible, adding to the inconvenience for residents. Hospitals located approximately 5 kilometers away from the society are also inconveniently distant.

Good things here
Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. There is also a spacious hall in the society for functions and vacations. Connectivity is very good, making it a valuable location. The water facilities are excellent, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is very efficient; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. There is plenty of space within the flats, making it very convenient. The locality offers a very good environment. Parking is very spacious, and there is visitor parking available. Hospitals are nearby within a 1 km radius, which is very convenient for emergencies.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor; there is some seepage in the bedrooms and bathrooms, which is inconvenient. Public transportation is not very accessible, with only one or two buses available and the frequency not being good. Maintenance charges are reasonable at around 3500.

Good things here
The construction quality is decent, with proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings in the spacious apartments. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained and look like new. Connectivity is excellent, with buses, autos, and cabs easily available nearby. There are multiple markets within reach, and each resident has designated parking. The society follows rules, and the electricity and water supply are reliable. The neighbors are very friendly and cooperative, always ready to help. Regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation keeps the place clean.
Things need improvement
Sometimes there are issues like seepage or other maintenance problems, but the management resolves them as soon as possible. Overall, I'm fully satisfied with all the facilities provided here.

Maintenance of the society is very good; the water facilities are very good, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. Hospitals within walking distance from the society are available with accessible bus stops. Parking facilities are very spacious and convenient. There is also a visitor parking area in the society. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and vegetable stalls are available within walking distance. People are very friendly and helpful. There are no issues with visitor parking.
Things need improvement
Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and indoor games are not available in the society, which is very inconvenient. There is no metro station nearby, which is also very inconvenient.

Good things here
Autos are available nearby, and maintenance charges are very reasonable. Amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are maintained to a high standard. Issues are resolved promptly within the society. The residents are educated and courteous, actively participating in cultural festivals and events. There are no issues related to pets in the society.
Things need improvement
Cabs are not available in front of the society, and the construction quality is subpar. Pollution in the vicinity is a concern, and there are issues with seepage within the society, which is inconvenient for residents.

Good things here
I lived there 5 years ago, there were schools and markets nearby, and parking space was available. The electricity and water supply were available 24/7 without any shortage. The elevators were well-maintained, and there were CCTV cameras and security guards. Garbage collection was regular with proper segregation.
Things need improvement
However, there was no public transport like auto or bus nearby. There was a slight leakage and seepage issue. Since I was living in a 1 BHK flat, I wasn't allowed to use the amenities. Additionally, there were a lot of fights between the residents.

Good things here
The residents in the society are very friendly and welcoming. Security is top-notch with guards and cameras ensuring safety. The community is impeccably maintained, with cleanliness and neatness a priority. Schools and hospitals are conveniently located near the society, adding to its appeal.
Things need improvement
Cabs and auto-rickshaws are not readily available nearby, which can be inconvenient. The construction quality is subpar, with persistent seepage issues in the bedroom and bathroom walls despite multiple attempts to fix them.

Good things here
I use my own transport, there is good ventilation, regular garbage collection, the society is clean, there is greenery, security and CCTV are present, and nobody is rude.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is not good, there are no amenities like a clubhouse or basketball court, the small play area is only for kids, there are unresolved sewage problems and microwave issues, and we pay monthly charges but no maintenance is done.

Good things here
The society has good security. All modern amenities are available. The residents are cooperative and celebrate festivals together. The lifts are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
One has to travel at least 2 km from the society to find autos or buses. There is a slight issue with leakage and seepage. Cleanliness is not up to the mark.

The society benefits from its proximity to the railway station, just 2 kms away, offering convenient transportation options. Cabs and autos are readily available within the society premises. Residents enjoy various amenities including a gym, swimming pool, toddler pool, badminton court, and skating ring. Additionally, there's a power backup facility in place for uninterrupted living.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is very poor, with walls showing cracks and irregular painting. Cleaning standards need improvement, and the roads around the society are in very bad condition.
