Living in this society feels like a breath of fresh air, with its clean and green surroundings creating a serene atmosphere. Safety is a top priority here, evident from the security measures such as taking pictures of every visitor at the entrance. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, strict protocols were followed, ensuring that everyone wore masks, even in the elevators. Residents here enjoy convenient amenities like a grocery store, swimming pool, gym, and basketball court, catering to various interests and needs. Additionally, the proximity of the metro station next to the society makes commuting hassle-free. Overall, it's a comfortable and secure place to call home.
In the mornings, there's some noise from ongoing construction, particularly noticeable in rooms located in Block C. Additionally, the maintenance office closes early, which can be inconvenient if you find yourself locked out of your room at night, as you'll need to call locksmiths from outside for assistance.

The great thing is, it's really close to the Metro Station. It's a big community with lots of green areas. There's plenty of space for games, with tennis and basketball courts. There's even a temple! Security guards are there 24/7. Plus, you can get deliveries from Swiggy and Pharmeasy.
The downside is sometimes delivery folks aren't allowed in. Plus, there's noisy construction happening nearby.

The community is large and lovely, with lots of green spaces and big parks. Getting around is super easy with great transport links - you can easily find cabs and buses, and the metro station is just a five-minute walk away. Inside the community, you have almost everything you need, which is super convenient. It's situated behind the Hyundai showroom, and there are some nice hotels like the Taj nearby.
The only downside is the absence of shops within the community. Maintenance could use a bit of a boost as there are some minor flaws that might become bigger issues later on. The construction quality is decent, not exceptional. Inside the community, the roads are fine, but once you're outside the gate, the road quality drops a bit. Hopefully, it's something they'll improve in the future.

The neighborhood is nice, and you can easily find markets and grocery shops within walking distance. Transportation options are great with taxis, the metro station, and the railway station nearby. Plus, you have access to water 24/7 without any power cut issues. The environment is peaceful and green, free from pollution. Overall, it seems like a good place to call home with no major issues to worry about.
There aren't many school options nearby, which might be a consideration for families. Sometimes, due to crowds, there might be traffic jams, but they usually clear up after a while. The parks could use a bit more maintenance and cleaning to keep them in better shape. Other than these points, there aren't any major issues to worry about.

This area has a lot to offer! With nearby markets, a railway station, and plenty of parks for various activities, it creates a pleasant environment. The low pollution levels and cleanliness make it a comfortable place to live. Plus, there are excellent hospitals and schools nearby. Transportation options are abundant, especially with the metro close by, and water availability is consistent. However, it can get crowded in some places, and there might be limitations on top-tier schools. Despite these drawbacks, personally, I haven't encountered any significant issues. Overall, it's a great locality to settle down in.

It's a bit distant from Thane railway station, and the surrounding area is still in the process of full development.

The area is clean with abundant greenery, and local shops on the first floor cater to various needs. Conveniently located within walking distance of a mall and market city, it is considered safe and secure.
There are challenges like high maintenance charges and limited coordination within the society. Some residents may not be very cooperative, although the majority are nice. The absence of metro connectivity and the distance from train and bus stations could pose transportation challenges for residents.

The project has no positive aspects, and the location is not desirable.
The construction quality is low, and there are legal issues and cases related to the land. The standard of education and culture of residents is also very low. Additionally, the society has not been formed because none of the residents are capable of taking charge.

CCTV is present on every floor, making it a secure society. People in the vicinity are good, and events are organized in the complex. The car parking facilities are commendable, and schools are nearby.
There is limited space for children to play, with no nearby ground. The outside locality is not as favorable.
