Good things here
It's a very good community with CCTV cameras available throughout the society. The parks are well-maintained, making the society a favorable place for me and all residents.
Things need improvement
There is no club facility available in this society, and gyms are also not provided. Additionally, the maintenance charges are high.

Good things here
The society is spotless; you won't find any garbage lying around. They manage waste properly here. There's a market nearby, and the society even has a park for walking.
Things need improvement
There are a few stray dogs that bark and can be annoying. Sometimes, there is a shortage of water and electricity in the society, which can be considered a problem. Otherwise, everything is good here.

Good things here
The society is well-managed, and the people here are friendly. The overall atmosphere is pleasant. However, the indoor rooms are not well-constructed due to their small size, and the lift is average.
Things need improvement
The room sizes are not satisfactory, and the lift sometimes doesn't work. The construction quality is subpar, and there are no shops available.

Good things here
The community is lively with spacious and beautiful green areas. Almost all the amenities promised by the builder are up and running. The location provides easy access to key places in South Bangalore, and the upcoming Metro is expected to reduce congestion. The community celebrates major festivals from all faiths in a grand and inclusive manner. Residents organize fun events throughout the year. The new Resident Welfare Association (RWA) has taken over and is doing an excellent job. Carvery water is provided for phase 1 blocks and distributed harmoniously to residents from all blocks. Daily need shops, including grocery, medical, spas, designer clothes, and various food options, are available within the society. Additionally, ICICI Bank is conveniently located next door.
Things need improvement
There are some seepage issues, but the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) is addressing them promptly. While maintenance charges have increased, they are still within the range of what other societies of similar size charge. The commissioning of Carvery water for nearly 1200 flats is pending. A few amenities are yet to become operational. There is room for improvement in managing pets within the society.

Good things here
I have visited this project Serbia Grandeur, the structure and construction of the building is excellent. The project is near to Western Express Highway. Currently, underground Metro train construction work is in progress near to Serbia Grandeur, the station will be approx 50 meters away. The place is very good and peaceful for staying. Towards north side of the building there is vacant place which belongs to Air force station. The security is excellent, and CCTV cameras are installed at important locations.,
Things need improvement
The kids' swimming pool needs better upkeep. The roads near the project, especially the one right in front of the gate, aren't in good shape—they're still unpaved. The market isn't close to Serbia Grandeur, and there are no shops inside the building. Also, there's limited visitor parking within the society.

Good things here
It's truly a great place filled with greenery. The security measures are top-notch, ensuring perfect safety with vigilant guards. The society boasts a massive clubhouse offering a variety of indoor games. Maintenance is extremely well-handled, and the houses are spacious and large. Bins are conveniently provided throughout the society, and the swimming pool is well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The houses in this society are costly, and the maintenance expenses are a bit high. Additionally, there is limited parking space for visitors.

The society offers ample parking space and excellent facilities for residents. What I particularly appreciate is the high-quality construction, and the most impressive aspect is the natural environment within the society, which feels very inviting.

The society has a shortage of green spaces compared to other communities, and the most challenging aspect is dealing with frequent traffic jams.

Good things here
The amenities are superb with all the facilities provided. There is peace inside the society, and the overall greenery enhances the experience. It's been a very positive experience overall.

The ongoing metro construction has led to a bit of traffic. It would be better if the roads were wider. Constructing more blocks could provide additional play areas.

Good things here
The society is huge, like a small town on its own, with lots of green spaces and jogging paths. There are many amenities, a lively community, and a well-managed Owners' Association taking care of things. Security is good, and the internal roads are in excellent condition.
Things need improvement
The electrical wiring for each building is independent. Occasionally, the generator turns off even when your home hasn't received mains power. Water pressure becomes quite low in the evening. During heavy rain, there's water logging in the underground basement parking. While some people complain about stray dogs, I personally haven't encountered any in the three years I've been here.

The society has ample parking space and excellent facilities for residents. I particularly appreciate the good construction quality. Moreover, the natural surroundings in the society are truly delightful.

The society lacks green space compared to others, and the most frustrating aspect is dealing with unwanted traffic jams.

Good things here
There are stationary and vegetable shops within the society. Ample parking space is provided. The parks are mostly well-maintained. There are no traffic jams nearby in the locality. The society has an excellent power backup system.
Things need improvement
There are no club facilities or a gym in the society. People often report seepage issues. The quality of lifts in the area is quite poor. Additionally, the maintenance charges for rental houses are very high.

It's the best place to live! It has every amenity you can think of, situated in a great location. There's even a Reliance Smart store nearby, and services like Jio Fiber are also available.
Things need improvement
The mobile connections from Jio and other operators are often weak. Occasionally, there's a smell from the dumping area. There's no ATM nearby, and auto rickshaws are scarce, so it's better to rely on services like Uber.

I had a great experience living in Shapoorji Orville society. The environment and surroundings were cool and sophisticated. The best thing is its accessibility to key landmarks. Additionally, it is located near schools, malls, hospitals, and restaurants, which is a huge plus point.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges were very high, and there were limited parking spaces, which could be a bit irritating at times. The gym was not well-equipped.

Good things here
A great place to live with beautiful architecture and good infrastructure. The apartments are well-protected with CCTV cameras. Cabs are readily available anytime, and there's a nearby bus stop. Good schools and colleges are in proximity. The residents enjoy a well-equipped gym and sports area.
Things need improvement
The metro is a bit far from there. The maintenance fee is also a bit expensive. Unfortunately, there are no nearby malls or shopping centers.

The project has good facilities, but the location is overcrowded and I am quite skeptical about it. I like the regular maintenance of the apartments, gardens, roads and satisfied with availibity of the amenities.

There is a nice project it is very close to the bus stand I have seen their plans for their project avenue 4 it is amazing so many facilities parking and a good price it is a good investment and a better place to leave.

Must visit this site but with a prior appointment otherwise, you will have to wait for a long time. The location of the site is very good. Most importantly the connectivity is very good and the work has already started.
