Connectivity is fine. Condition of roads are mantained. People of the society are good and cooperative.

Contruction quality is very bad, anytime anythings falls down. seepage issue is there but we are not facing any termite issue Plaster issue is there it keeps on falling. painting quality is very bad, not using very good material. Elevators most of the times dont work.

Lovely society in the heart of Sec 78. Close to metro station, schools, hospitals. Nice play area for kids.
Things need improvement
Pets are allowed in the society. RWA should ban all pets in the society as they can be dangerous to kids

Good things here
The society has a nearby metro station, and bus facilities are also available as the bus station is close to the society. The maintenance of the society is quite good, with all problems being sorted out on time and services being provided promptly. The units are well-ventilated and maintained. Various amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and park are available and well-maintained. There are no issues with parking space as adequate parking is allocated to everyone, and the residents of the society are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Earlier, it was easy to find auto-rickshaws, but now it's difficult to find one's own rickshaw. There was a slight issue with the balcony's cement coming off, causing a minor problem with the construction.

Cabs, buses and autos are available. CCTV camera and lifts are there. Paintings are done frequently. Hygiene is maintained in the society.

Seepage and water logging issues are very common especially during monsoon. It becomes very difficult for the people residing there.

The committee has a lot of issues regarding public transportation, if nothing is available then it is a major issue, otherwise the committee is fine.

Society is very congested and hence suffocation is very high and this causes a lot of problems.

Metro is available at 10 minutues walking distance. All the events are celebrated among the neighbours together. Cleanliness and maintainence is proper.

Sometimes seepage, leakage and water logging issues are faced by the resident.

The society is safe and secure to live in and the society is very well maintained and kept very neat and clean and school and hospital are at the radius of 4 to 5 km .

The connectivity is a bit of issue as you dont get public transport around the society but you get cabs . the construction quality is not good as there are seepage at some places.

The maintenance services provided by this society were very good because if there was any problem, just make a phone call and they would provide the solution immediately.

The construction quality was a bit poor, there were dampness issues, otherwise, the society is nice.

Connectiivity of the society is top notch a steh market area for any absic need is nearby, even the auto and cabs are easily available for teh residents of teh society. The society has swimmign pool which takes care of proper hygiene and maintennace, the efstivals of teh society is celebrated together and neighbours are helpful as well. The garababge collection is on point, and it happens on daily basis, no issue with the power cuts as well
Things need improvement
The infra of teh society is poor, since it is an old builidng and pooryly made tehre are cracks in different rooms aand on diff floors of the building. Lots of seepage issue in building which is not easy to fix. Maintennace is not pro active, when they are connected to solve certain issue they dont pick up the phones immediately and even if teh pumbers are there, the work quality is poor

Public transport and connectivity is actually good at my society. i have never faced a power cut since last 5 years. the good thing is that we have allocated parking spots and usse related kabhi koi issue nahi aata.
Things need improvement
The society is a bit old an purani built hai, construction quality of the society is not up to mark. face a lot of issues related to seepage and water leaking society ne repair bhi kia tha abhi water leakage ke liye but kaam achchhe se nahi kia hai. society mein amenities saari available hai but functional nahi hai koi bhi. yhan par saulty water aata hai.

The society is well-connected metro is nearby and cabs are also easily available. society's security system is good. the construction quality is good have never faced issues related to water logging in rainy seasons. the maintenance team is also good. all amenities are available in the society and neighbors are also great. the society celebrates all the festivals and the neighbors enjoy them with the most energy.

I think this is the best society in this area, talking about maintenance , construction everything is above expectstion snd even they ave there own ambulance for residents, greenery is there, cctv cameras are there on every floor.

Great project for those looking to live in a prime location on a slightly better budget. Developer has given excellent amenities, many other facilities. Everything is top class here. WFH crowd will not face problem with mobile network. Area is safe and secure with some water logging in monsoon season. Wide road surrounding project with good access Family will find all school, hospital, supermarket nearby. my family will be safe and happy here.

I am so far happy with project experience. Overall area safety is good, complex safety is also there. Mobile tower issue is not there. Monsoon sometimes lead to water accumulation which is little bit of problem. But society maintenance is satisfactory and all amenity is very good. I like the Kids Play Area, AEROBICS ROOM, Flower Gardens, Indoor Squash & Badminton Courts and Vaastu Compliant which I use. Working from home is breeze here. Everything within easy reach. Lots of option for entertainment in neighborhood. Very happy with my investment here.

Happy to report that project ambiance is very good with garden and open space. Overall locality is safe neighborhood but water logging problem is there during heavy rainfall. Mobile network is good so far. Maintenance is also decent while good amenity list of Club House, Outdoor Tennis Courts, Power Back Up, Security, Park, Gymnasium Indoor Games Room and all other feature. Must say am happy with overall experience. Developer has given all he promised. I am looking forward to move in soon.

The society is well maintained, there is no issue with cleanliness or garbage disposal. Public transport is easily available around the society. Hospital is at walking distance and schools are 10 mins away. the society is pretty well connected
Things need improvement
Water seepage or leekage issue does arise but it is quickly resolved by the maintenance people.

There is no minuspoint in society realated to connectivity and facilities. There is minorly issues in maintenance but that gets fixed on time.

Most of the things of the committee are good, maintenance, connectivity, amenities, everything is available and maintained very well.
Things need improvement
Construction quality was absolutely bad, the material used for its construction was of very poor quality, there was a seepage issue and the plaster on the balcony kept getting cleaned.

One of the most environmentally friendly buildings in the locality. There are independent floors and villas. There's a community recreational area, super markets and what not. Offices are accessible via road and metro. Renting is also really affordable and leasing is easy.

One of the poshest societies in that location, A lot of sunlight and quite airy as my flat is in the corner facing the lawn and facing the road. I feel very satisfied with the location. There’s 9/7 running water and power outages, making it convenient to live here.

One of the best Residential localities with newly constructed apartments. Great view of the whole city from the balcony. All buildings have elevators and sun decks. I am happy with the daycare facilities and the creche. Great recreational facilities available.
