Good things here
The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro station is nearby the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Drainage system is good in this society. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, parks,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden is available and maintained beautifully. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Highway is nearby the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. The society is peaceful.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Materaials used for construction are weak. Parking space is available. Bachelors are not allowed in the society.

You will have a fitness facility, a pool, a children's playground, an outdoor stage and a badminton courtyard, etc. I'm happy I reside in this place.

Security in complex is good and maintenance service respond fast. Best part is you can just take short drive to so many metro. I am really happy to reside here.
