Essential amenities such as schools, hospitals, and transportation hubs are easily accessible, contributing to the convenience of residents. The presence of a well-maintained garden and a small temple adds to the cultural and spiritual ambiance of the community. With 24/7 electricity supply and stringent security measures including guards and biometric facilities, residents can enjoy peace of mind. The regular garbage collection ensures cleanliness within the society, while community events and festivals foster a sense of belonging and togetherness among the residents.
The ongoing metro construction near the society indicates promising future connectivity options, albeit the lack of a nearby station at present. However, the society's poor build quality, marked by frequent leakages and seepages, poses challenges to residents' comfort and well-being. While the maintenance team endeavors to address these issues, the aging infrastructure limits the availability of amenities and parking space, with no provisions for visitor parking. Additionally, the constrained water supply in the Mira Road area further complicates daily life, necessitating reliance on storage systems to manage water availability effectively.

The construction quality of the society is excellent, as I never encountered any infrastructure issues during my stay. Additionally, the presence of nearby markets and shops adds convenience for residents' daily needs. The lifts are regularly maintained and accessible, contributing to the smooth functioning of the society. The vibrant community spirit is evident through the celebration of nearly 200 festivals and events, with active participation from all residents. Ample parking space ensures that parking is never a concern, as I personally have never faced any issues in this regard.
Residents do not have access to power backup, as it is only provided for the common areas within the society. Occasionally, residents may encounter travel difficulties, as public transportation is not easily accessible, being approximately 1 kilometer away from the society. In such cases, booking cabs or relying on personal vehicles becomes necessary for connectivity. Maintenance services are deemed average considering the maintenance charges, with a need for more thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, amenities such as a swimming pool and clubhouse are absent within the society.

There are multiple Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. Maintainance of the society is all good, society is kept clean. Issues are resolved on time. There are almost 80% Garden areas in the society which is very well maintained. Parks are also available. Parking space is available for all residents. CCTV cameras are installed in the society. Lifts are very well maintained. Security system is good. Guards are available for 24*7 in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. All the people loves to participate in Events.
The construction quality of the buildings is not good at all , a lot of seepage and leakage issues are seen in the flats. Guest parking is not available in the society. The society has not got any modern amenities made.

The society offers both open and basement parking facilities. Garbage collection is efficiently managed by the society, and there are no frequent power cuts; residents are informed in advance if any maintenance is scheduled. The market area is conveniently located within a 50m walk. There are no seepage issues, and the area is safe for walking even at night. Festivals are celebrated together with great zeal, fostering a sense of community.
The builder constructed four buildings simultaneously, but none of them have properly functioning solar panels. Additionally, the maintenance charges are high compared to the promised amenities. The club house, which was supposed to be on the 7th floor, is missing. Many promises made by the builder were not fulfilled, and basic amenities were not provided as assured.

Daily garbage collection ensures cleanliness, and the lift is well-maintained and operates on schedule. Every flat is equipped with proper ventilation for comfort. Convenient transportation options such as buses, autos, and cabs are readily available nearby. Additionally, there are markets, grocery shops, and vegetable markets in close proximity for residents' convenience. Furthermore, the society welcomes pets, creating a pet-friendly environment.
Unfortunately, the society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, or kids' playing area. Maintenance issues, including seepage and plaster falling off the walls, are significant and urgently need attention. Overall, there's a pressing need for comprehensive maintenance efforts.

The construction quality of the society was good, with no issues of seepage. The flats were ventilated and well-maintained, with regular cleaning and timely garbage collection in the society. Additionally, the connectivity around the society was excellent, with well-constructed roads that didn't get damaged easily, thus avoiding issues like water logging or traffic. Furthermore, nearby schools, hospitals, and markets were available, making commuting convenient without�any�problems.
There were no basic amenities in the society except for a playground dedicated only to children. Apart from that, there were no amenities such as parks, gardens, swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, or anything�else�available.

Good quality of material used for the construction like there is no issues regarding leakage and seepage. High security for the resident like nobody can enter without fingerprint in the society. Allocated parking space for owners and visitors. neat,clean and hygenic environment in the society.
Local railway station is far away from the society and power back up connection has been given for common areas only. There are no amenities in this society as it belongs to old construction.

The people in the society were fine, and I didn't have any issues with anyone regarding anything in the society. The society was somewhat okay.
The major issue outside the society was the poor condition of the roads, leading to significant problems with traffic congestion and waterlogging. Maintenance was lacking, with irregular cleaning and ongoing construction work contributing to accumulated dust. Mosquitoes were abundant, indicating a need for pest control measures, which were not implemented. Additionally, during my tenure, there were no amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse established in the society.

The society remained neat and clean, and there were no power cuts. There were no problems with seepage, and we had a gas pipeline. Additionally, there was a market nearby, so there were no issues with grocery shopping or getting other household items. Public transportation, including buses and auto rickshaws, was easily accessible. Furthermore, there were many hospitals and schools available�in�the�area.
There were occasional water supply issues in the society, and there were no amenities available such as a gym, pool, or clubhouse. However, overall, my experience was very good.

All essential amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, and gymnasium, are available and well-maintained in the society. Residents have allocated parking spaces, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance services are of high quality. Furthermore, the society benefits from 24-hour water supply.
Power backup facilities are not available in the society, although there are no power backup issues currently experienced in the society.
