Good things here
People here were good and engaging. Shopping malls , hospitals and schools are located nearby the society which made it very convenient to live here. Parking space is available in the soc and autos and cabs are also easily accessible. Amenities like swimming pools, gyms and club houses are also provided here, even though there is a seperate fees for them. There were also no issues regarding water supply , electricity supply, seepage and cracks. Cleanliness was also taken care of in the society. Everything from the lifts to the water tanks , each and everything was well maintained there. I enjoyed my time living living here. It was a good experience.
Things need improvement
It was nice living in this society. I didn't face any issues there, and did not expect anything above the services it had offered. Many people here were from corporates like me, so they didn't have much time left to socialise, however at the time of festivals, we used to come together to celebrate them. Overall, It's a nice society with everything well maintained.

Good things here
The society has good connectivity with public transport easily available, including buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are good, and there are schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are followed. There is 24/7 electricity and water supply. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards available. Regular garbage collection is in place.
Things need improvement
There is no segregation of garbage, and there are termite issues. The amenities are not well-maintained. A lot of rental people come to stay, which does not make for a trustworthy neighborhood as they change frequently.

Beautiful arrangement for a four-bedroom home. Only 19 families can enjoy this level of exclusivity. The construction quality is excellent. The Penthouse has views of the mangroves and a panoramic view from Gorai to Worli. Gym, swimming pool, Zen garden, jogging track, and other amenities are available.

Beautiful and tidy surroundings! The size of B Wing is adequate. Balcony - nice wind - 4 bedrooms, large drawing room, dining room, and 5 bathrooms, plus a servant's toilet! Each floor has one flat.
