The material of the construction is excellent, and there are no issues with seepage or leakage. Cleanliness is maintained on time in the society, and everything is well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Firstly, the area where the society is located experiences heavy traffic, causing delays of 15 to 20 minutes. Secondly, there are significant problems with water supply during the summer.

Good things here
Security wise this is the best society. they don't allow any one without security check even to the house helps. festivals like diwali and dashera celebrate at grand level. all local transport available near to the society. market area is also near to the society. maintenance satisfying.

There is seepage issue in the buildings of society. there is no swimming pool in the society they should add that in the society.

Good things here
Auto,cabs were easily available in the society.High security system and proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society.All the modern amenities were present in the society and everything is very well maintained.Good celebration of all the festivals in the apartment.Build quality was great ,pillars were strong.spacious parking for the resident.

Water was the major draw back in that society like hard water supply was there in the society.frequent power cut issues were there in the society and even power back up connection has not been allocated to unit,so that was very much inconvient.

park has proper area to for people living to jog and do some exercise there are some shops and other essential services in the society

some cracks are to be seen in the society because of rainy season limited parking space for resident sometime there is water shortage

Good things here
Garbage collection is done on time. The clubhouse, gym, kids' playing area, and garden are all properly maintained. All Maharashtra festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Ganpati are celebrated. Autos, cabs, and buses are available nearby. Ventilation is excellent in every flat.
Things need improvement
The lift in the basement needs maintenance as it sometimes stops working. There is no swimming pool in the society. The metro is far away, causing difficulty in commuting. During heavy rain, there is water logging in the basement.

Society is poorly maintained, different chairman in every make life difficult, no federation, not at al a cooperative society, people find reasons to harass one another over parking issues, water issues, pick and drop issues and lot more, garbage is dumped in backyards, high maintenance with no proof of expenses. Only cultural festivals are celebrated and day to day issues are ignored.
