One of the standout features of this society is its exceptional maintenance facilities. Garbage collection and cleaning services are carried out promptly and efficiently, thanks to the effective maintenance team, and the monthly charges for these services are quite reasonable. Residents enjoy uninterrupted access to water and electricity, with reliable power backup systems in place. The amenities here are well-maintained, including a gym, swimming pool, and outdoor play areas, catering to the recreational needs of all residents. Additionally, the society houses a temple where various devotional activities and festivals are joyously celebrated. The construction quality of the society is top-notch, with well-designed flats boasting excellent ventilation. Security measures are commendable, with strict monitoring of entry to ensure the safety of residents, allowing only verified visitors to enter the premises.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, this society lacks connectivity to major places like schools, hospitals, and public transportation options. Additionally, basic amenities such as vegetable shops or grocery stores are also absent.

Good things here
Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is available if we book Ola and Uber in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The bus stand is conveniently located within 1 km from the society. Parking area is very spacious. Ventilation of the flats is very good, with spacious balconies and fresh air circulating into the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, football court, indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
Drinking water connectivity is not available in the society, and this should be improved. The construction quality is poor; there are some leakage and seepage issues in the bathrooms, resulting in seepage, and the flushes are also not working properly in the society. Road quality should be improved in the society.

The maintenance team did a great job keeping the premises clean and functional. The amenities provided were satisfactory, adding to the overall living experience. The neighbourhood was friendly and safe, which was a big plus. Security measures, including CCTV, were effective, and there was ample parking space for both residents and guests. Stray dogs were well-managed, making the community safe and pleasant.
Things need improvement
The presence of cockroaches and seepage in the walls were significant problems that affected the living conditions. Connectivity was another major issue, as it was challenging to get around. Also, there were no grocery delivery services like Blinkit available, and there were no markets or shops nearby, making it inconvenient for daily needs.

SMR Vinay Estella offers plenty of benefits that includes prime location, comfortable and lavish lifestyle, great amenities, healthy surroundings and high returns. This project offers 2BHK and 3BHK apartments in different sizes. I liked the way it is designed in such a way that these apartments comprise of wide space with proper ventilation. The interiors are beautifully crafted with designer tiled floor, granite counter slab in kitchen, modern sanitary fittings in the bathroom and huge windows for proper sunlight.
