Good things here
The connectivity is satisfactory, with market areas being available nearby. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Residents are friendly and cooperative, and celebrate all festivals together.
Things need improvement
Maintenance quality of the society is average, as some elevators related issues exist. The construction quality is also average with some seepage and leakage issues.

Good things here
In winters and rainy season beautiful outside view is very pleasant to watch from the society buildings. connectivity is up to the mark every local transport nearby. visitors parking, 24*7 water supply and all modern amenities are available. people do celebrate every festival in very friendly manner
Things need improvement
Construction quality is worst , there is big issue of water drainge . pipeline for dranage water is fitted between 2 buldings due to which need to face insects and drainage issue. sometimes there is issue of power cut. no power backup for flats.

Good things here
Auto and cabs are available around the society,there are good schools and hospitals near by the society.Quality of the construction is good there are no issues regardig seepage.All the modern amenities are present in the society and well eqquipted in the society.proper bmc water supply is there in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance facilties are not that great as lift are not well functional in the society.Power back facilities were there for common lights and lifts only.

Good things here
Security system was good in the society,there lots of space and allocated recreation areas in the society to hangout.Building was beautiful and cleaniness was top notch.Crowd of the society is really good and helpful.
Things need improvement
The only drawback in the society is connectivity of the society like no local transport and public transport around the society.There were no celebration of cultural events in the society.

Good things here
.All the modern amenities were available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc in the society.Build quality is good as there is no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.24/7 water supply and electricity supply was available in the society.maintenance charges was reasonable compare to other in the society.Full power back up facilities were available in the society.onwers and visiotrs has allocated parking in the society.Society was neat,clean and well maintained.Bacholars were allowed in the society.
Things need improvement
As such there was no issues regarding anything but railway station was far away from the society and there was no metro line yet in hadaspur area of pune though local transport was easy to approach near by the society.
