Just a stroll away from Channasandra main road, adjacent to MVJ engineering college, this compound boasts round-the-clock security and ample underground parking. The well-maintained greenery adds to the pleasant ambiance. The supportive association members foster a strong sense of community. Festivals celebrated within the community enhance social bonds among tenants, making it a truly welcoming place to call home.
Things need improvement
Although the road leading to the compound lacks proper tarring and the area outside appears dusty, the maintenance charges are on the higher side. Furthermore, there are no proper shops within the compound. However, despite these drawbacks, the community offers amenities such as 24/7 security, ample underground parking, and well-maintained greenery. The association members are supportive and celebrate festivals, fostering a strong sense of community.

Good Society. Located at Good location, better connectity to various directions like Whitefield, Veathur, Hoskote, Marathalli, KR Puram. Nearest Metro station as Hopefirm. Nearest Railway statuon as Whitefield railway station. Nearest school is WGS, NPS, Sharada, DPS, Deens etc. This Society having many ammenities, like 2 Swiming pools, 1 Long Tennis court, Batminton court, one Basket ball court, one Cricket Pitch with net for net practice, Clubhouse with pantry area, Zym, One Grocery store, 1 KM jogging track. 24/7 security. 2 Children's play area, Grass lawns, garden area with sitting area and full of trees, and greenery. All festifals are special in this Society. And all residents celebrate it and enjoy the events.

Nothing to dislike. We can say It's a Mini India. I am staying in this Society from past 7+ years. It's a bery good society. All support each other.

This is more than just a place to stay; it's a harmonious blend of comfort, convenience, and community spirit.

While the jogging track is long, it's narrow, limiting to two people. Some pool tiles need fixing, and the changing room needs maintenance. The connector road isn't great, but it's close to the main road. Buildings are small but cozy. Despite minor issues, the community offers great amenities and a sense of belonging.

Positive review: A really good place to live in, especially for nature lovers. The lush greenery in the society is breathtaking, especially in the mornings. All necessary facilities are conveniently available within the society, including a supermarket for emergency needs. The proximity to the bus stand and market, as well as the availability of online cab/auto services, adds to the convenience. The residents are helpful, and the security and maintenance staff do a great job.
Things need improvement
As a tenant, I've experienced limitations in accessing Adda, which is inconvenient. Additionally, the association consistently demands over 5k extra for maintenance annually, which seems excessive. The access roads to gate 1 are unpaved mud roads, while gate 2 recently received a paved road, indicating disparities in infrastructure development within the society.

It's a nice apartment complex nestled in a peaceful neighborhood with excellent amenities like gardens and swimming pools. The floor plans are great, and the location is convenient. Overall, it's a good society to live in.

Some issues in the society include impure water, pressure to pay extra maintenance, imposition of unwanted rules, and its location being a bit interior. Additionally, promised amenities by the builder are yet to be delivered.

I moved into this society last year. The security system is very good here. The houses are well-built and well-planned. The facilities are also good. My child can enjoy the swimming pool and park with his friends. I am happy that I made the right decision to stay here.

The only drawback of this place is its communication, as the society is a bit inside from the main road. However, everything else here is good. I believe that communication will improve gradually over time.

Garbage collection is very good on a daily basis in the society. There is a park that is very good in the society. Walking space is also good in the society. Ventilation of the flat is very good. Maintenance of the lift is also excellent. Schools are nearby within walking distance. Power backup is also available if power cuts occur.

Construction quality is not good in the society. There are some sewage issues in the society. Maintenance charges are very expensive in the society. Amenities are available, but we don't use much in the society, and charges are high in return.

Cabs are available if we book Ola and Uber in the society. Autos are available on the main road, which is convenient. Power backup is available but only for common areas in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids' play area, table tennis, and basketball are available in the society and well-maintained. A bus stand is near the society, within 800 meters, with a walkable distance. Recently, my building got painted. Ventilation in the society is very good. Garbage collection is done daily in the society.
Things need improvement
After floods, there is a water problem in the society. Water is being supplied to the society through tankers, which provide hard water full of dust. Geysers are not working properly due to the water issue. There are traffic issues during nights, which is inconvenient.

Situated away from the main road, the society offered a tranquil environment devoid of noise disturbances. Essential amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, children's play area, walking track, and garden were available. Maintenance operations were exemplary, with daily cleaning and garbage collection services. Adequate ventilation was provided in the rooms, and there were no cracks on the walls. The residents were amicable and cooperative.

During my time there, which was about 3 to 4 years ago, all the facilities within the society were satisfactory. There was ample open space within the society for peaceful walks. Additionally, there was a conveniently located supermarket just outside the society. Two small hospitals were also within a distance of less than 1 kilometer from the society. The society's maintenance facilities were good, as we did not face any issues related to cleaning or water supply. There were good power backup systems in place within the society. Although the construction of the society was a bit older, there were no issues due to the high standard of construction. The society also had good amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and multiple play areas. However, we didn't utilize these amenities much due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Things need improvement
The only problem with this society is that the roads outside are narrow and in poor condition. There is no public transportation connectivity to the area because the nearest bus stop is around 1 kilometer away.

The nearest metro station is approximately 1.5km away. Additionally, amenities such as a clubhouse, gymnasium, swimming pool, badminton court, and children's play area are available.

Some flats have seepage issues due to construction quality problems. Monthly maintenance charges are high because of added water costs from the water shortage. Outside roads are narrow, causing traffic congestion.

This is a nice apartment with some of the best, basic amenities. It is located close to supermarkets, ATMs and grocery stores. The security is handled well, and the guards are available 24/7. Overall, it is a nice and a peaceful place to stay.

The Isha Misty Green has excellent amenities, and the security is very good. The security here is regulated well using an application and the general maintenance is good too. Some of the other amenities provided include a spa, tennis and badminton court, children’s play area, swimming pool and a jogging track to name a few.

Isha Misty Green is a nice apartment with a nice club house and huge walking path. There is a swimming pool and indoor badminton and table tennis courts as well. The maintenance and management is very good, and kids have a nice dedicated play area as well.
