Good things here
The lifts are available and function properly in the society. Any issues that arise with the lifts are promptly repaired. The society is kept clean, and hygiene is maintained properly. Residents are friendly and cooperative, coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average as public transport options like autos and buses are not readily available outside the society. There is no nearby bus stop, and the society is distant from the main road. Restaurants in the area are limited, and there are few good hospitals nearby. Persistent power cuts are also an ongoing issue that needs attention. Gym, swimming pool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society.

Good things here
There is good water and electricity supply. Ventilation is excellent, and security measures are reliable, including good parking space. Connectivity is great with no issues in finding autos and cabs. Maintenance of the building is well-managed, and gym, clubhouse, and park are available.
Things need improvement
There is a noticeable smell at the entrance. There have been frequent issues with leakage and seepage, particularly troubling around the swimming pool, which is currently non-functional. Additionally, the community lacks unity in celebrating festivals together, and interactions among are few.

Good things here
Connectivity is excellent, with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming with good people.
Things need improvement
There are several maintenance issues here. The lift is not properly maintained and often causes problems. The garbage collectors do not take the garbage properly, leaving a mess behind. This makes the parking area smell very bad. There is sewage in the walls, and leakages are common. The swimming pool is still under construction as well.
