Good things here
The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available. Parking space is available.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is average, public transports like auto, cabs are easily not available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are not available in the society. cultural events and festivals are not celebrated in the society. Visitor's parking is not available. The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Mosquito issues are faced.
