Good things here
In this small society, peace and calm prevail, with everything available within a 3-minute radius, including the metro railway station, bus stops, cabs, schools, and hospitals. The construction quality is commendable, with no cracks in the walls, and amenities like parking and play areas are accessible within 3 minutes. Ganesh Chaturthi, Holi, and other festivals are celebrated in this close-knit community.
Things need improvement
Outside the society, there is heavy traffic due to the high volume of vehicles passing through on the main road, and the pathway pavement is not accessible for pedestrians.

The society was constructed approximately 20 years ago, but its quality remains exceptional due to high standards, and regular maintenance services such as painting, waterproofing, electricity, and plumbing are conducted on schedule, ensuring the upkeep of the infrastructure. Facilities within the society are commendable, with no water shortages and excellent water quality. Daily garbage collection is diligently carried out. Amenities like the clubhouse, swimming pool, badminton court, and gym are well-maintained and residents live together like one big family, creating a strong sense of community.
Things need improvement
I moved out of his society around 4 years ago. The connectivity is not great because within a 2 to 3 km radius, there are schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and shopping malls available, but it is difficult to commute due to a lot of traffic jams. Residents are not easily accessible to grocery stores either.

The society, located on the main road, offers easy connectivity within a 3-minute walk to cabs, buses, metro, grocery stores, malls, and hospitals. Maintenance charges are reasonable at 3k. The construction quality is good, albeit old. Amenities include a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, and regular celebrations of festivals like Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and Ugadhi. Security is ensured with 24/7 guards and CCTV cameras, alongside street lights.
Things need improvement
Improvement is needed in cleanliness, especially due to dust from the main road and noise from nearby slum areas. The surroundings are dusty, impacting the environment within the society.

The society's maintenance is commendable, with backup options for power outages. Good amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and badminton court are available, and the community celebrates various festivals like Ugadhi, Dussera, Holi, and Diwali.

Major seepage issues persist on the walls within the society, causing concerns and requiring immediate attention to prevent further damage and maintain structural integrity.

Society's connectivity is excellent, with everything residents need within a 2km radius. Medical stores, petrol bunks, clinics, and restaurants are readily available, and sometimes vegetable stalls are even set up within the community. Maintenance standards are high, with prompt resolution of any issues raised by residents. The society boasts excellent amenities including a gym, swimming pool, indoor games area, and kids play area. Moreover, the residents are friendly and come together to celebrate festivals such as Diwali, Holi, and Sankranthi.
Things need improvement
The only problem within society is plumbing-related, specifically occasional seepage issues.

Its connectivity is excellent, with a metro station within walking distance, and several hospitals located within a 1 to 2 km radius. Maintenance of the society is also good, with reliable power backup options, uninterrupted water supply, and efficient security measures in place.
Things need improvement
The primary issue in this society is the lack of a nearby supermarket for purchasing groceries. Additionally, the buildings are old, resulting in minor leakage problems.
