Although the society offers desirable amenities, it's important to note that the roads are not well-maintained, and some residents find the maintenance charges to be slightly high.

The club house offers excellent facilities including badminton, table tennis, and a gym. Additionally, the society is surrounded by lush greenery, providing clean and fresh air for residents.

Good things here
I've been living in this apartment complex for the past three years, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with it. The abundance of trees, the presence of a swimming pool, and the installation of CCTV cameras make it a great place to live. Moreover, the people in the complex are very friendly and welcoming. The availability of lifts in every building adds to the convenience, making me enjoy living here even more.
Things need improvement
Outside the apartment, there's a lack of proper roads, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the maintenance of the swimming pool leaves something to be desired. Another issue is the absence of a dedicated playing area for children within the apartment premises, leading them to play outside. Furthermore, there's a need for sitting facilities for elderly residents, which are currently lacking.

Astro Greenwood Regency is a highly secure society where gate security ensures that outsiders cannot enter without permission from the residents, enhancing safety and peace of mind for everyone within the community.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, Astro Greenwood Regency lacks pools, parks, playgrounds, and shops within the society premises. Additionally, the lift service is not up to par, and there's a noticeable lack of greenery in the atmosphere.

Situated in the upscale Vicar West, this high-class society offers an excellent view from its 14th-floor building. The society's management staff is supportive, and on the first floor, you'll find a well-maintained play area and garden with ample space for activities like box cricket.
Things need improvement
While BMC water supply was initially a concern, it has improved with one-time BMC water supply now available. However, there's a lack of public bus transportation from the society to Vicar railway station, and auto fares are slightly higher, especially in Vicar West.

Greenwood Regency is an excellent society to reside in, offering a wide range of amenities. Its proximity to Wipro and other IT companies is highly convenient for professionals. Located near Sarjapur Road, it provides easy access to various locations, enhancing accessibility for residents.

The area has very few shops and lacks a playground. Additionally, there's no parking available for visitors, and there's a minor issue with water supply. However, aside from these drawbacks, everything else seems to be good.

Having lived here for about 1 year and 4 months, I haven't encountered any issues or drawbacks, so I have no negative comments to share.
