The roads outside the society leading towards the main road are underdeveloped, causing frequent traffic congestion due to their narrowness. In the monsoon season, poor sewage facilities result in water accumulation outside the society. Currently, there's no metro connectivity available. While power cuts are an issue, the society's power backup system provides some relief during such times.

Everything you need is within the society, including a park, grocery store, chat shops, ATM, medicine store, playground, small amphitheater, and even a bowling court. Communication is easy as it's near the roadside, with local buses available consistently.

There are heavy traffic jams during peak hours, and unfortunately, there's no nearby Metro station. The Majestic Railway station is quite far, around 20 KMS away. Water scarcity becomes an issue during summer seasons. The society maintenance charges are on the higher side, and there are unnecessary high move-in/move-out charges. Additionally, there are no significant malls in proximity.

With round-the-clock security and one of the best Resident Welfare Associations (RWA), it offers a safe and well-maintained environment. The facilities include a badminton court, gym equipped with the latest equipment, and ample open spaces for leisurely walks. The lush green parks are perfect for any time strolls, and children will enjoy the park and rides. Additionally, major hospitals like Fortis and Apollo are conveniently located within a 3km distance.

Additionally, there are plenty of indoor games available within the clubhouse, and the parking lot can accommodate up to 100 cars. For emergencies, there's an Apollo hospital conveniently located within the building. The surrounding area is well-connected with public transport and online cab services, making commuting hassle-free. Notably, there's also a music museum onsite, and a convention center is available for hosting functions. The only drawback seems to be the park, which lacks sufficient sports facilities.

The building comprises 5 apartments, and I have no complaints about the lift facilities. It's worth noting that there's a hospital for emergencies located on the terrace of the Mayflower block. Additionally, the generator kicks in promptly during power outages, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply. Convenient parking facilities are available within the building, including dedicated space for visitors. In terms of connectivity, the location is highly convenient, being approximately 4 km from the Nice Road and 2 km from Yelchanahalli metro station, facilitating easy travel across the city.
