Rent is a bit higher here compared to other places, and traffic during peak times can be quite heavy, often resulting in delays of 15 to 30 minutes at signals. Additionally, the entrance security verification process tends to take longer than expected.

The roads outside the society leading towards the main road are underdeveloped, causing frequent traffic congestion due to their narrowness. In the monsoon season, poor sewage facilities result in water accumulation outside the society. Currently, there's no metro connectivity available. While power cuts are an issue, the society's power backup system provides some relief during such times.

The only issue is the under bridge nearby, which can be troublesome during rains. The roads just outside the apartment aren't in great condition either. It would be better if there was more free space around the apartment.

The society is well-equipped with modern amenities and conveniently located on the road towards Neeladri Nagar. Everything you need is within the society, including a park, grocery store, chat shops, ATM, medicine store, playground, small amphitheater, and even a bowling court. Communication is easy as it's near the roadside, with local buses available consistently.

There are heavy traffic jams during peak hours, and unfortunately, there's no nearby Metro station. The Majestic Railway station is quite far, around 20 KMS away. Water scarcity becomes an issue during summer seasons. The society maintenance charges are on the higher side, and there are unnecessary high move-in/move-out charges. Additionally, there are no significant malls in proximity.

The nearby roads are unpaved, so they can get muddy during rainy weather. It's advisable to use your own vehicle to reach the main market, which is a bit of a distance away.

With round-the-clock security and one of the best Resident Welfare Associations (RWA), it offers a safe and well-maintained environment. The facilities include a badminton court, gym equipped with the latest equipment, and ample open spaces for leisurely walks. The lush green parks are perfect for any time strolls, and children will enjoy the park and rides. Additionally, major hospitals like Fortis and Apollo are conveniently located within a 3km distance.
Things need improvement
The main disadvantage is its distance from the main Bannerghatta road, approximately 1.5km inside, requiring reliance on cabs or autos to reach the main road. Additionally, maintenance costs are slightly higher, and not all major festivals are celebrated here. Furthermore, the absence of a metro station, with the upcoming one being at least 2.5km away, is a notable drawback.

Visitors, including delivery personnel and friends, are allowed entry only after confirmation from the respective residents, adding an extra layer of safety. The clubhouse boasts a stunning infrastructure, featuring a 50m pool, gym, and a 4-star restaurant with top-notch chefs. Additionally, there are plenty of indoor games available within the clubhouse, and the parking lot can accommodate up to 100 cars. For emergencies, there's an Apollo hospital conveniently located within the building. The surrounding area is well-connected with public transport and online cab services, making commuting hassle-free. Notably, there's also a music museum onsite, and a convention center is available for hosting functions. The only drawback seems to be the park, which lacks sufficient sports facilities.
Things need improvement
The main drawback is the restriction on allowing relatives or friends into the park. Additionally, noise from children playing can be bothersome in the evening, especially on the lower floors. Moreover, the Mayflower block lacks visitors parking, which can be inconvenient for guests.

The building comprises 5 apartments, and I have no complaints about the lift facilities. It's worth noting that there's a hospital for emergencies located on the terrace of the Mayflower block. Additionally, the generator kicks in promptly during power outages, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply. Convenient parking facilities are available within the building, including dedicated space for visitors. In terms of connectivity, the location is highly convenient, being approximately 4 km from the Nice Road and 2 km from Yelchanahalli metro station, facilitating easy travel across the city.

The park within the apartment complex is disappointingly small, offering limited space for recreational activities. Additionally, the distance to the airport, which is 30 km away, may be inconvenient for those who frequently travel by air. Due to these factors, I wouldn't recommend this apartment to individuals who fly often.
