Good things here

Transportation connectivity is good with metro station and other options available nearby. CCTVs and elevators installed.

Things need improvement

CCTVs and elevators are not working. Construction quality is poor with seepage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available. Neighbours are not very cooperative. There are some parking related issues among neighbours. Celebrations are mostly not done.

Good things here

Regular cleaning is done, maintenance is good, there are no problems with construction quality, and all amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and gardens are available and well-maintained. Everything in the complex is well-maintained.

Having hawkers on the roads outside is a major problem, as is the illegal parking of vanity vans outside. Traffic is the biggest issue, caused by all these factors, and the presence of street dogs also contributes to feeling unsafe.

Good things here

Transport facilities like cabs and autos are easily available. Metro and buses are also available at some distance. Would like to rate connectivity as 4. Schools and hospitals are also available nearby. Maintenance is taken care of with regular cleaning and timely disposal of waste, rated as 4. The construction quality was goodThere are parks. The construction quality is good.

Greenery bohot thi to accha lagta tha, bacchon ke schools pass me the, market pass me tha. bus auto jaldi mil jati thi. ganesh chaturthi and navratri achese celebrate hoti thi.

Society ke log bohot acche, highly cooperative hai. bus stand, auto stand and market society ke bahar hi hai. society me pani ka koi issue nhi hai. construction accha hai. apps and CCTV ka use hota hai security ke liye. celebrations bohot achese hote hai. amenities me gym and badminton court hai. society is highway connected.

Parking ka thoda issue hai, sab ke liye fixed parking h but, 5 10 log hai society me jinke liye parking nhi hai unhe gadi society bahar park karna padata hai. thodi parking covered hai baki open hi hai. metro station pass me nhi hai. traffic ka bohot issue raheta hai. swimming pool nhi hai.

Good things here

There schools and hospitals near by the society.Auto and cabs are easy to approach near by the society.People living in this apartment are very friendly and coprative .Good security system as there are security gaurds and cctv in the society.Time to time garbage collection is done in the society.

Good things here

Eveything was available near by the society like local transport and public transport are available near by the society.Basically this society belongs to the government and employees of bharat petrolium stay there in that society.Security is also good and society is neat,clean and well maintained.

Good things here

Society ka connectivity acha hai, aas paas sab available hai. Auto, rickshaw sab mil jaata hai paas se, door nahi jana padhta. Time to time painting hota hai society mein. Cleanliness accha hai society ka. People are friendly in the society.

Good things here

The public transportation is excellent, with auto rickshaws and buses available every minute. The market and national school are within a 500-meter distance, and there's a hospital just 200 meters away. The society has been standing for 25 years without any construction issues, and maintenance charges are reasonable. Power cuts occur once every five years, so it's not a significant issue. There's a swimming pool and gym, as well as open parking available.

Good things here

The maintenance services were excellent, and residents of the society were cooperative and helpful. There were no issues with seepage or plaster fittings. Nearby, there were markets, Domino's, malls, and everything else one might need.

The society had underground parking, but like in Gokuldham society, the main problem was the scarcity of parking space. It seemed that the available parking spots were insufficient for all the residents. Despite there being only around 12-13 families residing in the society, parking was only available for 4-5 members.

The maintenance of the society was meticulous and thorough. Regular upkeep of common areas, landscaping, and facilities ensured a clean and pleasant environment for residents. The society enjoyed excellent connectivity to various parts of the city. Well-maintained roads and nearby access to public transportation hubs facilitated easy commuting for residents. From recreational facilities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, and gymnasium to convenience features such as parks, playgrounds, and community halls, the amenities added significant value to the residents' quality of life. The construction quality of the society was top-notch, ensuring structural integrity and durability.

Maintenance is good; everything is well-maintained, cleanliness is upheld, and water supply is adequate. Parking is available, and despite being an old society, painting and waterproofing are done on time. Public transport is available nearby.

There are no amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, or gym because the society is 35 years old. The roads around the society are narrow, causing difficulty in maneuvering vehicles and resulting in traffic issues. This connectivity issue is the main concern.

Very worst rent experience in my entire tenancy period in this Gokuldham LIG Apartments. I don't recommend anyone to take rent. Specially Block 23, 91A. Seems Very innocent but one must regret if deal with him and while leaving.

Great locality. Apartments are well maintained and spacious. Gated society with security. Weekly sabji mandi nearby. You can get daily utilities from nearby market but for other stuff you'll have to go to other sectors.

Because of the outstanding connectivity, it takes very little time to go to the bus or car station, or even hire a cab, since they find it easy to get to this location fast. In addition, the quality of the residences' construction, both inside and out, is excellent. The connectivity is excellent since it takes only a few minutes to access public transportation or a taxi at your doorway. There is plenty of parking for homeowners and guests.

Neelje railway station is very close to this project also there is a proposed airport which would again be a plus point for people here. A dedicated meditation area, private terrace, reserved parking space, GYM, water storage and safe environment for the residents makes it a nice and well connected place. The homes are strategically designed as these are spacious to allow enough light and fresh air inside all the rooms.

It is surrounded by a large number of hospitals, schools, universities, commercial malls, parks, and monuments. You will feel safer if you have CCTV cameras installed by security pros. Water and power are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because public transportation is easily accessible and there is minimal traffic congestion outside, cabs come on time. The pricing is reasonable, and you will have no problems staying here. Because there are no traffic jams or snarls, you will never have any problems hiring a cab or getting to your location.

Gokuldham is a popular project in Thane area where the residents feel safe because of CCTV cameras and good security arrangements along with clean inside roads. Schools, colleges and other facilities are close by and it takes very less time to reach anywhere by using the local transport options. Also, there are no water or electricity related issues that I have faced.
