The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Other facilities like swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. cultural events and festivals are celebrated together. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Parking space is available. No such major electricity issues was faced. Power backup is available.
Amenities are available but it was not allowed for the people staying there in rent, only garden area was allowed. Visitor's parking is not available. Highway is far from the society.

There were schools and hospitals near by the society even Auto and cabs are easily available near by the society even .All the modern amenities are there in the society and eveything is fully functional even tenants were allowed to use them in the society.Society has high security system in the society,all the towers has 24/7 security gaurds.Crowd of the people was good and helpful,Society was neat,clean and hygenic.Allocated parking space for owners and visitors.
Quality of the construction is just average there were issues like seepage in the society.Railway station is far away from the society.

Flats are very spacious. metro station and all local transport is near by the society. cleanliness and construction are top notch. 24*7 water supply. maintenance charges are not high since there are solar Pannels installed in the society which is great. there are no water logging problems inside and outside the society. parking is spacious.
Roads outside the society should be wider. no basement parking in the society. no balconies to the flats. there is issue of traffic jam on the main road.

Wide roads around the society even there is metro near by the society.Local tranport is easy to approach near by the society.All the modern amenities are there like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area and each amenities are functional.Society has adopted high security system and there are intercom facilities.
Rooms of the apartment are spacious but the quality of the apartment is just average>power back up facilities are not there in the society.

Parking space was evenly available to everyone. Autos were readily available. The society was clean. Water was available 24*7. Garbage collection was done properly. Good sunlight was available until around 11 AM. People were decent, and the society was pet-friendly. All modern amenities were present and well-maintained.
The metro station and local railway station were not nearby. The roads outside the society were narrow, leading to heavy traffic. The flats did not have balconies. There was no visitor parking. The society was not connected to the highway. There was a slight issue with leakage and seepage.

The construction quality is good, seepage and leakage isuues are not faced in the society. Common club house is available. The amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. Swings are alloted in the park. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. Paintings are done on time.
The society is half a kms away from the main road. The water storage in the society is very small. There is a major water supply issues that is faced throughout the year in the society. In some festivals people in the society contributes, but there are many festivals where they don't contribute and celebrate together. The parking space are very limited in the society.

Connectivity of the apartment is great like Schools,hospitals are near by the society even though auto,cabs are easily available.All the modern amenities are there in the society and well maintained.High security system in the society like all the areas are under cctv survilance.All the cultural events are celebrated in the society overall good socialism in the society.
There were leakage and seepage issues in the apartment right now managing commitee has resolved this issue.Power back up faiclities are there in the society but there are some charges taken from the resident.
