New building so right now it is fine. We are not connected with people in society alot. Tenant stays there and they dont provide any negetive feedback.
Metro is not available, transportation is also hard to find.

Autos, cabs aur metro sab mil jata hai. Connectivity achchi hai society ki. Building mai ab tak koi cracks nahi hai na seepage ya leekage ka issue hai. Infact abhi Painting ka kaam bhi chal raha hai. Amenities jaise club house, pool aur gym hain. CCTV cameras bhi lage hue hain. Neighbours friendly hain aur cooperative bhi hain.
Saari basic cheezein sahi chalti hain, aise koi issues nahi hain

Building well maintained, Gym, Parking inside the society. Power backup all the time, Temple constructed last year. Grocery shop at boundary of the society open area for tracking.
Schools and hospitals are far from the society. Metro and railway connectivity is almost at distance of 10 KM.

Society has lot of open spce, club area are beautiful, parking facilities are well maintened. Best part is that our society have connectivity from highway.
I am not satisfied with the houskeeping facility, Overall the society is good, but the society need to work on Houskeeping facilities.

There was a nearby metro station, so there were no issues with transportation. Auto-rickshaws were available outside the society. Amenities were accessible, and the residents were friendly and cooperative
The maintenance was very poor. Cleanliness was not maintained, and garbage collection was not done on time. The elevator service was unreliable, and services did not justify the maintenance charges. The construction quality was very poor, leading to major issues with seepage and leakage. The parking space in the basement was often dirty, with no regular cleaning, maintenance and construction were not good.

The maintenance department takes any issue as a priority and try to solve issue asap . i do not face any problem for submitting maintenance amount .
There is a sepage and leakage issue in the society . but maintenance department solve that issue .

Two years ago, when I lived there, the absence of traffic issues was a notable positive aspect of the area. Despite the lack of a metro, the ready availability of autos provided convenient transportation options . Additionally, the functional lifts ensured ease of access within the buildings.
Unfortunately, maintenance was poor during my time there, with reported seepage issues on certain floors. Furthermore, the gym and clubhouse were lacking in equipment, potentially limiting usage by residents. Another drawback was the less friendly demeanor of some retired and elderly residents of the society

NE 3 Crossings Republic is 1.6 km. walking distance from Mahagun Mascot. The roads near this tinder construction complex are very well maintained. Some spread breakers are available there to prevent several road accidents.
